Very helpful and great people.

Dale, Master Electrician was very helpful and spent time reviewing my wiring issues and explained to me how to installed a three way timer for my outside lights. Dale was knowledgeable and graphed it all out for me and explained the tools I'll need to complete the job. Unfortunately, I'll have to go back and seek out Dale again as neither wire on both outlets were hot so I either don't know how to use the device or I'm doing something else wrong.

Great curb service during the pandemic for people at risk. Easy online shopping.

Little to no product, and what was there was bad ( lumber). Associates did not wear masks, did not practice social distancing. The store was cluttered and the isles blocked. Associates were unattractive and acted like it was an inconvenience to help.

Great store manager very friendly clean place!

You need to train your people on how to tell the customer the truth. This went from the sells person to the measurement person to the the person that called with the price and came down the people that came to lay the carpet. Everyone of the people that I talked to told me they could lay it the way I wanted EXCEPT for the people that actually came to do the work. I had to put tack strip down. I will NOT be buying anything that I cannot take home with me. And it will quite awhile before I even shop in your store. It is a pretty sad state when the truth is left to people that are actually do the work. You have your customer service rep and all the other people you employ.

Employees are generally knowledgable, helpful, and have good attitudes. I blame the store manager!! Have shopped there countless times for going on 12 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Always outstanding service at this store. Manager has approved returns he didn't have to. All returns are handled in a friendly, welcoming manner. Appliances are a dream to purchase here. No sitting around for an hour waiting for them to figure out their computer system. You are in and out. No other store has better delivery people. They have a great Pro- program with discounts if you buy a lot of products for rentals, for example. The quality and price for granite counters is the very best I have found anywhere. You can get special order merchandise and installation faster here than anywhere else I have shopped. The sales associates always go out of their way to answer questions and to make sure I get the best pricing possible.

We purchased 5 large Muscle Rack shelving units. They are very easy to put together and look great in our storage area. Scott helped us load them in the SUV, as they were very heavy. We enjoyed his sense of humor and willingness to go the extra mile for us. The cashier who helped us check out with our Military discount was very pleasant and friendly to deal with!

If you are purchasing anything for your home improvement projects check out The Home Depot on 70th street in Lincoln NE. We have never had a bad experience shopping here. Every employee working here are very helpful especially the greeter at the front of the store. This person knows the store very well and will always direct you to the department you are looking for. I have never shopped Home Depot #3204 that I haven't been impressed with the attitude of the store associates that actually are willing to go out of their way to assist, help, and sell me what I'm in the store for. That's great in my book.

Home Depot has everything we need for all our home improvement projects! They have a fantastic tool department too for all those men in my life! The employees are always available and easy to find and are always very friendly and helpful with any questions I have!
