We went outside to look at all the garden plants I had no idea how easy & accessible the garden center is from other stores in the area. I will go to Home Depot so much more now that I know I can walk there!!!

awesome place no really they got what you need

I'm rushing right now but had to write this. This was a great shopping experience. The employees were very friendly, and seriously went above and beyond. It almost felt like I had a personal shopper in each department. Even the cashier was fun to chat with. The staff all had above average general knowledge, but departments had "experts" to reference quickly if needed.

I was attended by an employee named Alice in the paint department, Not only was she very attentive and knowledgeable a knowledge of bowl about the products I needed . Being a contractor I'm constantly on the Is the goal, Is constantly under pressure With deadlines And appointments that there's never time for , needless to say mornings are pretty hectic , It was refreshing to run into Alice that morning As Her great customer service And caring touch was just what I needed for a hectic morning . Thank you Alice!

I love his store because I can hop in my car and be there in 15 minutes. It has everything that you would find in the Surburban stores. I recently purchased some yard solar panel lights that were an amazing price! My lucky day!

I can generally find some items that I'm looking for,but for the most part this store isn't well stocked, and there are lots of dusty items on the shelves. But, the employees are friendly and helpful.

The checkout lanes say they are self check out. Although there is an associate scanning every item for you, so that negates the whole aspect of a self check out. In addition to that there are only two lanes open. So a massive line forms, making the whole process longer. It’s called self check out for a reason, you do it by your self.

Erilyn helped me find my item I was spending days looking for after I left a HD closer to home. HD near me didn’t even try to help me locate it or give me options online. Erilyn explained everything to me and helped me get my item. She was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Then I had Stefy ring me up. She made me feel very valued as a customer and made sure to explain the extended warranty to me. She then called Jacob to help me load my car with my item. Great team work all around!

It's not always easy to find an associate, but once you do they're knowledgeable and helpful.

I went for a specific item that I saw online. The shelf price scanned different & web price was also different. The cashier Shu was more than happy to get the manager David who matched the web price which made my shopping experience great. Their customer service was wonderful. Thanks guys.

I purchased paper shades and there were at least 2 colors to chose from. Many of the other stores only have one color of the paper blinds.( white).

This store has the worst customer service of any home depot I've ever stepped foot in. I used to work at the home depot, and I am very sorry to see the service decline to significantly.

I went to exchange a product and return another one on July 19th at 6:05 am. The cashier, returned all items and told me money will be back on my card in 3 days. Ma'am that is NOT what I asked for. I needed to make an even exchange. Cashier did what she wanted and did not try to satisfy the consumer. She could have given me a store credit for the exchange item and returned the other item. But that was too much like work. So, then, when she made a mistake, others came to her defense not the customers. Only 1 African American man sought to really assist me and another young male stopped by. I was treated like I was a bad person after the cashier was obviously in the wrong. She offered NO apology and NO solution to a simple problem. I started thinking she didn't like Black people because of the way I was being treated. Her and her fellow employees were smiling, laughing, threw arms around each other, and whispering like they were back in high school. I took out my phone to call the police because one of them stepped away from her task to step to me and tell me that by asking who the manager is .... was disrespectful and they don't have to tell me who the manager is. Those 3 young unprofessional, thug mentality women, need to be fired. It was NEVER about the customer nor the product. They said, "We don't CARE!" I need them gone! The morning manager on duty, July 19, needs demotion. She is trying to maintain friendship versus doing her job. NOT one time did she EVER ask me what happened. She cared more for those young women than customer satisfaction. She had NO idea that they had harassed the customer, lied, and was creating a worse situation. The morning manager's goal was get me out the store. She did not say, "Ma'am, how can I help you?' Instead, she did the same thing the cashier did because they do not genuinely care. She did not satisfy me at all! She thinks pacifying and condescending approach is strategic and appeasing. I was not impressed. This HOME DEPOT has lost its moral compass. You don't mistreat customers and then blame them.

SHANIQUA AND CHINA Should get a raise.. they spent over an hour with me.. and was so informative and patient!

I brought a stove, refrigerate, and over top oven and got great discount and $ 100 off my order, because I sign up for Home Depot credit card. I love the south Loop store # 1950 great service and much more thanks guys.

My Wife and I always wanted a Traeger Pellet Grill we went to lots of places they were out of stock or over priced so we went online seen what we wanted the price was good, went to the store and less than 10 minutes we were on our way out we both were surprise and satisfied at the same time (great employees)

I have been shopping at Home Depot for decades. Lately the customer service has been lacking at the Roosevelt location. And we just simply cannot blame everything on the pandemic. Today, not only did I encounter rude staff, the store manager (tall, white, bald, male) was just as rude! Home Depot you have way too much competition for this behavior to go unnoticed or unchecked. I can (and intend to) spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!

No problems with returning orders if they are not what we need, getting orders in timely fashion, team responding very quickly.

Love this store! Staff are very helpful and unlike other stores you can always find someone to help. Best of all you get 90 days to return most items. This was super helpful when I was remodeling my house since I was never sure when the work would actually get done (by others).

ALICE IS GREAT from painting department

This location has better selection and trained staff than the Home Depot's that are in African American communities. That is a shame that Home Depot has different levels of quality and service based on the demographics of the location of the store.

I experienced unexpected amazing customer service at this home depot store. Manager Cj Rodgers, Toya and Sucre helped me out today. This experience will be truly memorable. Cj and Toya helped me with a complete understanding of options and the purchase of a appliance. Toya also made sure that i left with all the documentation and information i requested on other appliances. This really blessed my heart.
