My husband and I went to Home Depot to see what kind of ceiling fans and light fixtures they have . We have been shopping around to various places pricing fans and lights, Home Depot had a better selection of ceiling fans with remotes which my husband we very interested in at lower prices than other stores. We purchased 2 ceiling fans and 4 lights that day and the Tom also contacted an electrician to come and have these fans and lights to be installed, Overall we are very satisfied with your customer service and products you had at your store. Looking forward to going back when this project is completed to start our new project. Thank you for your great hospitality you have provided us during our visit. We will be back.

I have been shopping at the Southington Store since it first opened years ago. I am a homeowner and like doing projects myself. I always find what I need to complete my project and have always found the store personnel to be friendly as well as help full and knowledgible.The store is well stocked and prices are very reasonable. I'm a big fan of Home Depot.

The store was clean. and shelves were well stocked. Associates were helpful and asked all of the right questions. Definitely an A+.

The man who helped me was jack of all trades. He knew the answers to my question regarding paint and re0keyed a number of locks for me as well.

We came in late, not knowing how long our order would actually take to fill. 45 minutes after the store closed, our car was being loaded up by Joe, with a smile on his face! From the manager who told us we did not have to worry because it was close to closing time, to Ed who used his knowledge to help us select the correct paint type, and mixed our order (sizable!), to Joe who worked along side Ed and loaded up our car with kindness and understanding, to the cashier who smiled and did not make us feel rushed or uncomfortable, the whole experience was wonderful. I had my two little ones along, and did not know it would take so long to fill the order, would have come earlier! But despite this the store staff was accomodating and friendly. Remodeling our first house has been quite the experience, but our visit to this store really was such a breath of fresh air amid the stresses and time constraints of our project. Thank you!

I use the Home Depot app and find what I am looking faster and most of the time without any assistance from store associates. Very pleased with this store

The sales associate was extremely helpful and very professional. The store comfortable and easy to find things.

The purchase was quick and easy and the availability of the product(s) purchased were extremely fast and efficient (same day). However, when arriving at the store for pick I needed to wait longer than anticipated and the item was not in the pick up area (in the departments(s) they were associated with which took a little longer than anticipated. Not too bad though considering it is the holiday season.

I was quickly approached by a Sales Associate that offered friendly help in locating the items I was looking for!

I went to the Southington Home Depot to purchase a snowblower for my daughter,specifically looking for an Ariens as that is the brand I have and trust. The sales associate was well informed and explained all the new features on the new models. We also discussed the overall size and weight that would be appropriate for my daughter.While we were talking,another associate introduced himself and had recommended gasoline additives that he has found to the best for starting and storing the machine.I found this information to be helpful and appreciated the extra input as I certainly don't want my daughter to have problems starting her snowblower.She resides in Massachusetts where they had NINE FEET of snow last winter!
