As I have said before, this is a clean, friendly, and hospitable store. It usually has what I am looking for with a choice - even price wise. Even if employees are busy, they make time to help customers when asked. They do not force themselves on customers, but are knowledgeable and can make suggestions when needed.

Ocelia, our cashier, was very helpful in checking out. Will shop here again.

Had multiple issues with the store in my area, so came to the Home Depot in Merrillville and had a great experience! Steven from gardening went over and above to help us out even though the store was very busy. Much appreciated!

I have been to this store many times and have had great experiences evry time. The employees were very helpful and polite. Usually, there is a lot to choose from. I highly recomend this store .

On my recent visit, my cashier Lexi provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. I don’t always get that from some of the associates in the different departments but she assisted me and my family with excellent customer service!!! You need more employees like her who are willing to assist ALL customers!!!

We recently to Crown Point IN . We have been updating our house & have been buying from Home Depot . The people who work there are always nice , polite , & helpful .

Employees attitudes are reflective of a store that is going out of business....they don't care if you come back or not

The Best Time Ever! Today i had multiple items on my Home Depot List. My Home Depot List included Aisle and Bay for most items. I also utilized Home Depot's store layout to ensure a quick smooth experience. One item was a Black & Decker Edge Hog located on a high shelf, i needed HELP. So, i continued shopping while looking for help. I was assisted by James from The Hardware Department. James helped me navigate My Entire Home Depot List. EXCELLENT JOB, James! I appreciate and needed the help, Thank You James. James is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind! Thank You Southlake Home Depot for The Best Shopping Experience.

They lack the things that are available for example equipment rental compared to the other locations like Highland and Valparaiso. But its home depot they carry most of what you need. It would be better if they could expand their services and products

Although the store was very busy, we were able to get assistance purchasing the product we needed.

I ordered an item and they sold my item before I became to pick it up and blamed me that I took it. I purchased several items and they all couldn't fit in my car. For the manager to accuse me of trying to steal and items was horrible. When he realized he was wrong he promised someone would be able to deliver and place in the area. They did not and left it sitting on the front of my house. I am completely applauded. I will never shop there again

Just wish I could have gotten a round dual flush.

Every staff member I have dealt with over the past 2 plus years has been professional and willing to take the time needed to complete my reason(s) for visiting the store. I have bought many necessary items from a couple dollars to thousand(s), and the service has been consistent each time. The 2 chief competitors are closer but this Home Depot is now my first chose.

Associates friendly, found what I needed quickly. Still don't like the smell of fried onions in a hardware store, but, all Home Depot's have that smell.

Customer service beyond belief. Ask for Leslie she was a great Mgr to help with purchasing a great Christmas tree. I drove 150 miles both ways and she was worth it

Great store. The staff is always friendly. The store is clean and organized. Generally pretty easy to find what your looking for.

Great shopping experience. I found most of the items on my list. The store is well stocked compared to other stores.

The store is open until 10:00 pm but dont go in after 9:30 pm. They do not want you there & they sure do let you know it!
