Every visit to this Home Depot I leave happy with my purchase and know that what I got is the correct item for my project! The associates are always to helpful!

I have been working with Steph in Flooring on a project that started in Dec of 2021 and will complete, with a Home Depot install by Romanoff, and the entire experience has been a most rewarding project. Please know that I am a retired Director of Facilities for an entity with 16 sites and 750,000 square feet -- so I know that calm communication is the key--and Steph and the entire staff at Spanish Springs Home Depot ALWAYS responded in a professional and supportive manner. Here's my tip o' my hat to a well-run organization!

Assistant Store Manager Ivan is AWESOME! He is courteous and definitely goes above and beyond to assist customers! I don't know if he's currently eligible to become a store manager, but he should be considered to manage a store ASAP! I'm not a relative and the first time I met him was on the occasion of my purchase, but knowing that he's there makes me feel comfortable shopping there because I believe that he will do everything possible to ensure my shopping satisfaction.

Xavier was very helpful at the checkout counter. Nice smile!

Would have been 5 but instead of having the product on hand it will take a few days to get. Still much better than "no definite arrival time" for that item.

Honestly he is just the nicest and most knowledgeable person we have ever come across at Home Depot. Ask for DOUG S if you need help. He will absolutely go out of his way.

I had traveled from Gardnerville to get a specific product. Everyone at this store was so friends and very helpful.

Enjoy coming into the store often and being treated with kindness. Had a few questions on a job and Kelly was able to help me out.

I really enjoy visiting with Cindy about the upcoming projects I am about to start. She is always friendly and fast. I like to go to Home Depot over any other store.

I typically only go in to Spanish springs home depot on weekends but first person I see most of the time is Jerry he is always so positive and loving every day. Really makes you want to keep going back. I have never had a bad experience here

The workers were helpful in looking for what I needed. We needed a wye air duct, they took us to the location & made recommendations. The cashier was friendly. She made a point to communicate with us while we were waiting for the register to clear the cash deposits.

Tasha is the worst. Hope nobody needs her help to do a return!!! She is very mean.

Great having isles numbered, Find better items

The store had product I was looking for and the the cashier, Cindy, was a very rare kind and caring person ready to help in whatever you may need at the store. I will definitely go back to this store!

Even though this store is very close to my house it is my go to place for anything that I need for repairs around my place. Staff is generally friendly and store is well stocked and well kept.

I have been in home Depots in Southern Ca, South Fl. and the Florida Keys, Washington, and Reno/ Sparks , this ode is the best of what I have seen.

This store appeared to be well stocked and the customer service was extremely good with providing extra help when necessary.

I met Chuck at the Sparks NV store when he made me a couple keys. He explained how you actually make a key and he was so interesting, friendly and cared for my key he was making as if it were his own. Then we went into the store the other day and ordered a door. Our sales person was Chuck! He knows so much about remodeling and helped us order a door. He is the nicest, kindest and most caring person ever! We really enjoy coming into "our" HD store and saying hi to Chuck :)

Overall every employee I had a interaction with was personable and helpful! Customer service is first and foremost in this Home Depot.

I went to Home Depot in Spanish Springs because I needed to come up with a solution for a temporary home repair project. Three Home Depot employees from three different departments got together to help come up with a solution and the products I would need. Thanks to their input I was able to come home and complete the repair. Thank you Chris, Chuck and Tony!

The store is clean. I like coming to the store because I find items that I liked. The cashiers are friendly especially Cristina at the Self Check Out. I watched her how she managed to help every customer. She is always pleasant.

Terrible in all aspects!!

This location is consistently a great one to use for our needs. We're consistently greeted in a positive way, along with people willing to help inside. The store itself is clean and organized. Some odds and ends can be out of stock, special order, or online only but that's to be expected. Even when it's busy, we can typically get checked out and back home to our projects quickly.

If you ever come across Cindy upon checkout you won't be disappointed. She is the best at what she does. All of the people in this store are usually very helpful & kind!!

The staff are not just friendly, they know the products but the phrases "above-and-beyond" or "the extra mile" really mean something to the staff here. They take the time to walk around the store with me showing me the products, how to use them and what would help me be more efficient. I would recommend this Home Depot to anyone and everyone!

This store is the BEST! We were expecting the purchase of kitchen cabinets to be awful and yet it turned out to be wonderful due to Gretchen Vasquez. I am telling you when my husband showed her his 3x3 piece of paper with all his measurements on it I thought this was going to be a struggle. Due to the professional knowledge go Gretchen she had all the cabinets on the computer designed in no time at all. Can you believe it! I am telling you it was the most stress free experience for us. As we were leaving we remembered we had to get some other items and asked another employee where to find them and he also was helpful, sorry I didn't get his name. The store is clean and the isles are clearly marked to easily find things.

By far, the best Home Depot in the area. But, don't take my word for it, visit and you will, probably, agree. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked, compared to the 2 or 3 other Home Depots in the area.
