Samone was a great employee during my experience. The store was clean also.

I needed a filter for my fridge and I did not know where to look for or how to find it. The associate that helped me, Brooke, was very helpful, kind and got me my item and I was able to do it very quickly.

I have purchased both low ticket items and high ticket items at this location and always receive the best customer service. There is a HD closer to me however I drive the extra mile to shop at Spring Valley.

I ordered two wrong items and was able to return the items quickly and with a smile. Then, I ordered the correct two items right at the Customer Service desk, without going to the department. Thank you Home Depot. You saved me time.

I needed to repair a piece of furniture and Mr. Pick went the extra mile to help me and make sure I was purchasing the correct supplies.

My wife and I had a great experience at Home Depot today! Beautiful selection of plants, pots, soil etc. We bought seeds and there was a huge variety of those as well. There was a very friendly woman working as cashier outside and she was all smiles and very upbeat. It really does make a difference in your shopping experience if the employees at least act like they're happy to be there, and this woman definitely let us know she loves her job

We needed garden supplies and this store was very well stocked and organized. We found everything we needed in one trip. The checkout in the Garden Center was quick and easy; the cashier was friendly and efficient. Great shopping experience!!

HUGE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PAINTING, EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND EXPLANATIONS.

I came on Sunday which was not as busy yet no one acknowledged me when walking in, the worse was when I checked out the cashier, Tavin was very rude during the whole check out process. She didn’t even acknowledge us until asking for form of payment. We asked to use our phone number, since the materials been used for this type of project we can get taxes discounted. At which point she proceeded to ask why didn’t we give her the number before with an attitude. And said she could not do anything anymore. I was having a great day all for this cashier to ruin it in 2 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, stress levels, or anger issues. They have terrible customer service.

Most store employees are helpful and knowledgable on home improvement and store products. Store has good inventory and I often find what I need there without any problem. If there is anyone not helpful, just ask the next store associate and it usually works itself out. The paint section is on top of their game. I had to take on a big paint project and had to go through a list of different colors, sheens, and exterior/interior uses. They got me everything I needed, answered all questions, and mixed a color that they had to look up since there wasn't a paint sample for it.

My to go store when in the area. I work for a custom builder and I can always count on this store to have what I'm looking for. Staff is extremely helpful, and courteous.

Please visit Roderick in the Paint department. He will brighten your day and will make your entire experience that much more memorable. He is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to understand the project that you are working on and make honest suggestions. You can tell that he is the type of person who enjoys his job, life, and genuinely cares for his customers. I have never witnessed an individual who is as quick-witted and he is kind. He greeted each and every single employee and customer who happened to walk by. This is especially encouraging to see during these challenging times. It is people like him who continue to keep my spirits high. I hope that he receives recognition from his leadership team. It is rare to find someone like him and I hope that you all are aware that you have a true gem within your company.

Good shopping trip from walk in to walk out

Your employees are good but one is above the expectations for us. We choose our paints with Don’s help. We are so thankful that he was there to help. He knows everything about painting and gave us good advices. It is good to see real professionals at paint aisle. Home Depot is so lucky to have him as employee. Thanks Don

a woman who goes by the name of rosa was very helpful and recommended alot of great isles for me it was my first time going to home depot but with rosa helping me i felt like ive been going to home depot for years so she was very knowledgeable and on top of her A game

I never have to wonder around the store looking for someone - anyone - to help me find what I am looking for, or to help me figure out what I need for a project.
