Store was very clean, employees knew where product was that I was looking for.
I went in for a flood light my husband wanted. He sent me a photo. I couldn't find it so I went to customer service. John and Dale asked to help me. They took me to the flood lights and said that, that light was online only. John showed me a comparable light but it was higher. The light he showed me was $107. The light my husband wanted was $99. John said that he would sell me that light for $99 if I wanted it. I was shocked I'd never been offered to cut the price because they didn't have something in store. I asked him 3 times I think if he was serious. He sold me that light for $99. Dale checked me out at the register and was very friendly. I was so happy and my husband loves the light!!!!
Gentleman in the tool section actually cared and was knowledgeable unlike most home improvement stores! You could tell he appreciated his job. Very helpful and his advice which really helped me on my selection of tool accessories helped me!

This is the cleanest home improvement store I have ever been in. The staff was very friendly and greeted my wife and I as we walked around. Cashier Katrina was extremely helpful and friendly. You just gained a life time customer. Thank you!
Tried to exchange a Christmas gift without a receipt for a more expensive item I was willing to purchase and was told it was declined because my license was flagged. I was completely surprised because I rarely shop HD because of negative experiences with customer service. Long story short, my wife drives to HD they decline her return stating item is a “high theft item”. After being treated like thieves, I’ll embarrassingly request a copy of my friend’s receipt and tell him I already had the item he gifted and need to exchange. Only to be told he purchased item on his HD account and they still couldn’t do the exchange. Finally after two trips, the store manager realizing we weren’t thieves or quick exchange artist, he completes the exchange by marking down the more expensive item I was trying to purchase. Wow! Merry Christmas to you too HD! I’m definitely putting you on the naughty list. I see no gift of my loyalty to your company in the future. #lostcostumers
