Store always has whatever I come for!

My bathroom is being re-modelled. The salesperson of Home Depot turned a real nervous situation into a new and exciting adventure! Upon my arrival by appointment, they knew my name before I introduced myself. The salesman was creative and very knowledgeable regarding the choices I made for the most desirable out come. He easily answered questions and explained my options. He was most honest and operated with great integrity and charm. I highly recommend Home Depot.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam in appliances today. She was wonderful! I needed a dryer and she was able to help me pick the perfect one out, set me up for delivery/install and also remind me of the other parts I needed for the install. Sam was so pleasant to work with. I always appreciate people who love their job. It was evident that Sam really likes her job. Thanks Sam for your outstanding customer service today.

Victoria and Mitch addressed our issues we were having with previously purchased paint, they corrected the issue and made us 100% satisfied. These two are great employees! Keep it up

I had a great shopping experience and that was all due to a sales associate name Jaquay in the gardening department. He came up to me and asked how he could help me. Jaquay pushed all my gardening items, including 4 bags of mulch and a heavy decorate stone, on the flat bed to the cashier and then loaded all my items in my car for me. Jaquay was so friendly, kind and professional he really made my shopping experience easy and great.

Under staffed, lack of ownership from staff in addressing issues, cashiers show little motivation to do their jobs in a professional manner. Long lines, poorly stocked merchandise shelves.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for a long time. They have some of the nicest and dedicated employees who make the best of a tough job!

I never have any trouble when I go to shopping.

Cashier Sheterah was very unprofessional and is totally unfriendly. I buy with 10s of thousands every year from Homedepot but because of dealing with such unprofessional personnel, homedepot will be No more my first destination for purchasing.

I just love the fact that this store has everything I need for work and home. With my Home Depot credit card it's easy to get what I need and make payments on it. Home Depot makes sure that I stay equipped in a competitive business and I can rely on them having to right tools I need

Bought refrigerator in October. John was personable & knowledgeable regarding products - features & availability. Even after the sale, John was most helpful in assisting with product assembly not covered in the LG handbook.

There's nowhere to stand at the self check out that clearly shows a customer is waiting to check out and leave. If you even start walking over to the next available self check out, man will simply step in front of you and start checking his items out instead.

I’m from Cali & don’t have a Home Depot close. Visiting my son & went in to find an item.What I found was GREAT customer service!

For such a large store (probably the busiest in our area), THOMAS in lumber took his time to listen to my project and it's full scope. He made recommendations and selected the lumber, cut it to size and made certain I could handle it. (I'm rather short!!). KUDOS to HD for hiring THOMAS.

I want to convey my gratitude for the excellent customer service I experienced at your store on 6/8/23. I was lucky enough to encounter one of your employees Angela Kaepemik. Throughout my visit she was very courteous and helpful, we had an issue with a refrigerator that is not working and had problems with the extended warranty. Angela went out of her way to ensure the issue was addressed. She provided an outstanding customer service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.

I purchased new flooring for my home and love the look an quality. The young lady in flooring (Jaykayla) really knows her stuff, she gave me professional and friendly service.
