The cashier Victoria was very nice, she told me to complete the $5000 survey, normally I would have just thrown the receipt away, she’s needs to be congratulated for the work she does

During our shopping trip Home Depot on 22nd Av No in St Pete a young lady assisting me noticed my wife was getting ill. She took the time to assist my wife and once sure she was ok, she returned to her job. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I am grateful for her alertness, concern and fantastic customer service!!!

Takes a bit to get security device off items, since they have very few removers that werent missing. It is obvious that most were stolen, since the cords on alot seemed to be cut

I needed some very specific shelving which I drew out to make it the very best. Bruce assisted me and as we spoke he helped me totally rethink my project and he was very kind trying to make his smarts my ideal. Barbara in customer service was Incredible, very warm and knowledgeable. I just wanted to have her over for dinner with my family. I'm not sure how these words reach you but let me say Bruce and Barbara must own this store. I've never seen a person working for someone else put that much dedication into their work. WOW

Melissa helped me exchange my item and her attitude was absolutely great very positive and welcoming and very fast and efficent

Because I had awsome help from the tile department from Christopher Ambrose.He helped me choose the correct tile and gave me great idea great help with my project very efficient he followed by calling and checking that i found everything i needed.I was short some tiles and he called me to let me know more came in. He brought my stress level down by being so helpful and patient.

I broke my pledge not to shop at Home Depot and was reminded why. Went into the garden center and met the rudest employee.

Employee I asked to help me lift the ac over my bumper and load into car told me not to help her then she cartwheeled my ac into the car landing upside down. She then told me how the Marines taught her to use her brain not her arm muscles. To which I replied that ACs are not supposed to be upside down. She replied just wait 24 hours after installing it to use. Well this is August in Florida and it's my 80 year old father's only AC unit. He's in poor health. He was previously on life support for a few months a few years ago and survived even though the doctors thought their was no hope. Now he has his own home. This was unnecessary. It would have been so easy for us to lift the AC on each side and place neatly inside. On apositive note the customer service cashier, Samantha, that checked me out was very pleasant.

I was misinformed about an item which I wanted to purchase I had called about, once I arrived to purchase it there was an issue. Scott the manager and Sophia helped solve the issue and I am thankful as I made a special trip to this location for this item, it’s nice to know that they actually understood and cared about what had happened. I will definitely recommend this store location.

Checked out through a cashier, who left an item out of my bag. I live an hour from this store, and when I realized it was missing (a $11.98 item), was told I'd have to go back to this specific store to receive credit or my item. They had no way of issuing a credit over the phone, even though I could send them the receipt, my ID, my card #, etc. It would have obviously cost me more in time and gas to go back to the store than the missing item was worth. I would have been satisfied with a $11.98 Home Depot credit or gift card, but none was offered.

Purchased beautiful Bromeliad and employee named Shon explained how to take care of the plant along with describing other plants. I was highly satisfied with my experience. Thanks!

We've all experienced the stores where employees seem to disappear when we need help. Not so at this location where plenty of staff are eager to help answer questions and locate items.

I have always been able to find an employee to help with those hard-to-find items.

Leon cut 4 boards for us with a super duper saw. We had 4 drawers that needed new bottom panels. The repair was made in minutes after arriving home. Why didn’t we think of tha sooner? Leon was so friendly and helpful, Home Depot is awesome! ❤️

My shopping experience was great!! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I was asked if I needed help finding anything as soon as I entered my first aisle. I was assisted again when I reached my product aisle. And the cashier at check out was very friendly and polite. I had a very good shopping experience.

I am familiar with The Home Depot. I like the fact that all their stores are laid out in the same format.

Mr. Leo in Plumbing Department gave expert advise with selecting my irrigation pump and fittings. I brought my old pump in because I had not a clue and left the store confident that I was well prepared with Leo's advise.

Laurie at the PRO Desk really goes out of her way to make things happen. She is always kind with a quick smile and answers to many difficult questions. I will go out of my way to make sure she helps me with all our projects because she is the BEST!

I had a complicated problem that she immediately understood and tried to work it through for me. I didn't get the outcome I wanted but she was absolutely professional and thorough. On the phone I was told We can't do it, go to the store. At the store, I was told it couldn't be done at the store either. But at least Elizabeth explained it well.

Having recently transferred to this area from Atlanta Georgia, this Home Depot is much better than those of experience in the Georgia market.
