Brenda was extremely helpful in helping me and my mom find the perfect refrigerator for her and Alice was helpful in making my checkout great. She had all the information and invoice ready for me as soon as I came back with my credit card so I did not have to wait one second. Great Job!

I was very happy with the service provided by your staff. I was especially happy with my cashier Emmanuel. He was polite and courteous. He takes pride in his work and was very helpful when I checked out. I would recommend him for an employee of the month award as he is very deserving.

This store is always great! Everyone is very helpful and available. I don't like the organization of the kitchen and bath area. I felt like I was in a maze. Everything else about the place is awesome. I love shopping here!

My cashier laughed at me when I showed him my VA identification. I thought it was inappropriate. I then asked him if there was something funny about my ID. He said you look different and was still laughing. I think he is very rude. I served my country proudly and if he doesn't like that maybe he shouldn't be working at Home Depot where veterans like me shop. Or maybe I can start shopping somewhere else. Also I could've been rude since he's not using his correct name but I was not rude to him. Unfortunately I didn't have time to stop at the customer service desk to tell anyone about him being rude to me and him laughing at me at that time. But I feel that this has to be dealt with even though it probably won't.

I went in to pick up paint for my Labor Day weekend project, which is to paint 2 bedrooms. The associate was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me options without being pushy. The store was cleaned, lighting was adequate, and I found everything I needed and more. I love that everything is in the same section or close by...meeting my needs of items that I didn't even remember I needed, thus saving me another unnecessary trip. On a side note, I love the Garden area too. I have been to other Home Depot stores but I just always come back to this one, never disappointing!

The associate that assisted us was Jim, a Millwork Specialist. Even though we were placing a large custom order, I don't think the excellent level of attention varied for us versus any other customer we saw requiring assistance. Jim is extremely knowledgeable on all the products that Home Depot carries, and was able to answer all the questions that we had while providing us with additional information that we needed. Believe me when I say that we did price this job out with many companies offering this type of product and installation. But, it was Jim's overall attitude that sealed the deal.

Every trip to my home in Tampa is to work on it with friends (my son lives there). This store has everything and full of helpful associates. Whether repairing exterior walls due to termite damage, minor plumbing, yard tools or just putting in a ceiling fan - all can be found easily and the associates are wonderful!

The store was clean. Products were easy to find. Sales associates were helpful and pleasant.

At times I encounter difficulty finding an associate to assist me. For this visit, I waited a very long time and had to search to find an associate to ask to find someone to help me in the blinds section then had to wait another long time for an associate from that section to arrive. This has happened in two consecutive visits. The blinds we located and I purchased weren't the blinds listed on the box, they were a different size, and lacked parts. On this visit I had returned a set of blinds purchased on the previous visit that were incomplete.

I shop here often and I recently saw a friend who had just purchased a new cordless drill impact combo in a hard case just like I wanted. He mentioned that it was on sale. I had to get it. I went in to the Home Depot and got me one too. Now I need a cordless DeWalt string trimmer.

The store was very organized, and the store associate that help me was very nice.

Stopped in for much needed items for the next job on my list. I was in and out the items were right where they always are and checkout by Yomarys was friendly and professional.

The traffic to and from that plaza is a nightmare but the arrangement, cleanliness and helpfulness is worth it.

Associate cut wood for me but did not give me ticket. At register, associate did not answer page so I was moved to the side. Two supervisors standing there named Joe and Frank did nothing to assist me. Therefore, I went back to the area and took picture of the items information and brought it back to the register. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Frank's response was "um-mm".

Went in to store knowing exactly what I was purchasing. When I got to the front register, I scanned my item and then the coupon from Home Depot I had received. The coupon did not work. Yessenia, the cashier, was very friendly and helpful assuring me assistance would be right over. Immediately, the front end supervisor, Marisa came over to help. As it turned out, my coupon was only valid if I had printed it and brought it with me (nowhere did it indicate this on the coupon). Marisa went and got Ryan, the assistant store manager. Ryan professionally apologized and explained the terms of my coupon. As he and I spoke regarding this coupon misleading situation he remained friendly and professional. It ended with him doing the right thing for the company and customer; he honored my coupon offering an apology and explanation. A great team of individuals made what could have been a lost customer for life, a happy customer for life. This location is nowhere near my home, but near my job. I will be sure to make my lists and take them to work with me so I can use this store for my future purchases.

Tina was extremely helpful today. I had gone to teh store earlier and while trying to leave i was unable to disarm the car alarm. I went back into the store and Tina was brought in to help me out. She found teh tool to open the keyless alarm, she found teh battery and she replace it. Everything worked! Thank you tina for all your help. Good job

store associate….very friendly but evidently new….didnt have much knowledge about hardware but gave me an opportunity to give him a bit of training… It all worked out well…..

We're doing the renovations ourselved so there have been so many visits to Home Depot; we've bought and returned EVERYTHING! Each visit to all HDs have been very helpful and very pleasant. Thanks HD for guiding us and putting up with us!

I have been building projects all over the country for the last 8 years and am in and out of Home Depot stores all of the time. The people who work at this store are the best team of associates I have every encountered. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
