Great store wonderful employees. If you need help there ask for Mike E one of the managers he will go ABOVE and BEYOND for you. There are three other f=very friendly and helpful employees I encountered on my shopping trip, Matt, Pat, and Heather also I can't forget how helpful and kind the check out lady at customer service was her name was Stacy! Ill be back for SURE!! 10+

I find the store always clean and in order, the store is easy for me to access from my home and parking is very easy, I always find most of the products I need.

I purchased a water heater recently from Home Depot. I was apprehensive about selecting what unit to buy. The Home Depot Associate, Earl, made my day. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every respect. He is my go-to guy whenever I need help in his area of expertise.

We were in the market for a washer & dryer. Sadly, we went to the Home Depot nearest us--and the appliance assoc just didn't connect with us; he seemed more interested in telling us his personal experiences with his home appliances than in telling us the features of the one's in the store. We left that store & immediately drove to the Roseville Fairway Drive Home Depot to continue looking at the appliances without the hindrances of that particular sales associate (at least, we were persistent). We walked into the appliance section & there to promptly greet us was appliance specialist, Illyas Asaddullah. What a refreshing breath of air. He talked to us on the features of washers--front loaders, HE top loaders & top loaders with agitators. He was knowledgeable & confident. We bought what we wanted with 20 minutes of talking to him. Delivery & setup was fast & quick, too.

I enjoy visiting this Home Depot, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they are very accommodating, helpful and always there when you need them. I recommend the Pro Desk for all contractors & sub-contractors, the staff there is very effective.

Pro-Desk Team is the only part of the store I usually work with. Brian, Mike, Lauren, and Dave are always very helpful, attentive to request of the customer, willing to go above and beyond, and great to work with. As a contractor it is great to work with a team that is always willing to help with the last minute needs and the harder to find items. Our orders are always filled on time and with accuracy. Thank you!

Stanford Ranch Store is one of the clean store I've been too. Associates are always helpful and willing to help.

We were buying a new refrigerator and were helped by Jeremy. If you are shopping for an appliance Jeremy is the guy to talk to - he knows the ins and outs of all of them. I was impressed I have never had kind of experience with a Home Depot employee - they have always frustrated and angered me more than anything. Working with Jeremy is making me need to reevaluate my opinion (I hate it when that happens - it is ALMOST like admitting you were wrong!)

Had to purchase a diswasher and the store associate postponed his lunch break to help.

Ed helped us cut the lumber, twice due to our mix up. He was very helpful and answered all our questions we had for the project we were working on. Thanks Ed!

The items were in stock and right where I expected.

This is the place to visit for your kitchen cabinet needs. We were not sure what we needed and Jackline Gad helped us without pressuring us. We appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. This store has everything I need and the staff are extremely helpful. It is easy to find someone to ask for help should you need it, and they are always willing to help. Also, I am very grateful for the staff willing to help with heavy objects, especially since I am a short girl who doesn't have a lot of strength.

I visited this location in search of an outdoor switch plate gasket. When I finally located an associate I was told that I would need to purchase the entire switch plate assembly to get the gasket. I explained to this associate that these gaskets wear out all the time and it was hard to believe that Home Depot did not stock this part. The look of confusion was readily apparent. In the end, I found this gasket without the assistance of the HD associate.

This is the closest store to me, self checkout is awful. Not enough live cashiers to help. Lines long and wait is too long, especially on the weekends.

If you don't know exactly what you are looking for (subject matter expert) and where it is located I would not recommend shopping at this Home Depot location. I have brought this to management's attention multiple times and nothing seems to change.

I was assisted by a very knowledgeable associate who assisted me with some garden questions I had. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and direct me to all the items that I needed.

My store experience was great. Store is very organized and associates are very helpful and friendly. They have some cool touch screen gadget that you can to learn about more on a certain product. Returning policy was very excellent too. I highly recommend Home Depot, it's a great store.
