Aisha the employee at home depot is a little tightly wound up. Doesn't like to be asked questions. Wants to brush you off. Isn't very nice, body language and tone is unprofessional. She through us off our goals. We recently had a major job done and were hoping to use home depot for our second project. I don't know now. Will have to rethink. Hopefully if I go back I won't have to deal with her. Anybody but her.

I was ready to tackle sealing my new redwood deck. Jeff at store #6688 saved me from making a big mistake! He told me the wood needed to season for at least 30 days before I sealed it; otherwise, it wouldn't take and would be a waste of my time, money and sealer! He helped me select a quality, oil based sealer, instead of a water based product. Jeff confirmed I could roll on the product and I left feeling informed and ready to seal my new deck, in another 20 days!

This is the 1st time I was actually helped when employees saw that I needed material cut. This crew I met today was looking to help and make our experience friendly and efficient. Jacob was our guy. Thank you so much! Also at the self checkout, we met 2 ladies Zinnia and Lexi that helped us get through our linear footage takeoff of material. Usually not easy, but they made it happen within 1 minute. Special thanks to Jacob though! What a friendly and professional guy. Very calm and energetic. Future manager for sure

Jacklin Gad in the Design Department was extremely helpful in walking me through the process of installing granite countertops in my kitchen. I had a long list of questions to ask of her, and she gave me detailed and informative responses that made my decisions about the product seem almost easy. She alerted me to the current special offers available and made the entire process very comfortable, enjoyable, and educational. Within a few days I was able to visit the design center that provides the granite, make my selection, and finalize the order with Home Depot. I have gained a lot of knowledge into making good choices in design, color, and creating a finished product that I will enjoy. A very enjoyable experience, and Jackline provided everything I needed to feel great about the purchase and to look forward to the upcoming installation process. Taking advantage of a Home Depot Sale gave me a very quality product at a very competitive price.

It would be nice if they would have at least one Cashier open during store hours.

I went looking for a refrigerator, and this was my second Home Depot store. This store is just generally well run, the employees are always greeting you, offering help, and even thank you for making your purchase.

Competitive hours, clean appearance, good service and prices.

Grab a outdoor shed, then go to checkout and let the cashier know which wheelbarrow we want to purchase. (They are all out front tied together) my husband goes out and takes a picture of the sku per the cashier direction and it comes up over $20 more then the $84 advertised. My husband goes back outside, Meanwhile I point out there are 2 columns of the same one with the huge sign in front. She doesn't care, said it would be the over $100 pricing the register came up. I pointed out they are all tied together, we didn't move anything, was not our fault if sign was incorrect and $ should be honored, she continued to push back, I was getting ready to ask for a manager when she called assistance up, a young man comes up looks outside (which is literally a few feet from where she was and refused to look) he comes in the $ gets honored. She treated my entire family like garbage, and not only were we buying a wheelbarrow we bought a shed!! And we are card members who are there often. This is not the way you treat customers!

The Home Depot is part of everyone's experience and for good reason. Almost without exception, I find what I need. The store is organized, clean, and the staff is available, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Home Depot is what American Business is all about.

I had an incredible experience with the store manager Amanda on my recent visit to Home Depot. She went above and beyond for me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind as well has highly respected by her Home Depot team. I was very impressed by the extraordinary care and plan to make sure that Amanda knows how amazing she truly is when I see her the next time I am shopping for my new home.

The employees at this store are always very friendly and helpful. The shelves are well kept and stocked.

The garden center is awesome. After going to several other stores not finding the vegetable plant I wanted, shout out to Home Depot for always having what I need.

Love this store it's clean and everything is easy to find.

I make picture frames and Home Depot hardwood section is clean, product is organized and easy to pick-out. The quality of the wood pieces are great and not much sanding is needed.

Customer service is where they excel above other like stores.

This particular store #6688 was and is wonderful (except now during COVID 19 it is difficult to contact over the phone). It seems that I had problem only with store 8571. I feel that at least one of the employees at that store 8571 could have been a lot more helpful in ensuring I get concrete blocks that I ordered and paid for. That particular lady acted as it was not her problem. (Some other employees there were helpful, or at least tried to be.)

The store is clean and sales associate are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Great customer Service.

Staff are very rude and don’t like helping customers. Instead of friendly conversation they are very rude and disrespectful this is not a great representation of what Home Depot is all about and all stores are not like this one.

Chris Baggett was very friendly and knowledgeable about appliances. This closed the sale as he answered all of our questions that the other places could not.

This store is great. Excellent location, clean, friendly, helpful staff, large array of good products. Highly recommend.
