Employees were rude. They did not want to help me locate an item that I needed.

Regardless of what department say go into and I almost always ask for assistance to become more knowledgeable there is always a representative of home Depot ready and willing to help in every which way they can thanks dedicated shopper

This store its closer to where I live. This store has a Very SMALL parking lot!! This store is very small and does not carry things that other homedepot stores carry. I sometimes go to westminster or cypress or anaheim or gardengrove.....

Liz and Matthew at the self check out were extremely helpful and made sure that all my issues with gift cards were taken care of. Great staff.

Employees are so friendly and very helpful

This shopping experience was great! While scouting for washers and dryers, we were approached by a kind and friendly employee named Gonzo. He offered his help to us and he went above and beyond! He gave us tips on how to properly use the washers and dryers and took his time helping us with whatever we needed. With his help, we were able to figure out the difference between the washer and dryers and decide what was best for us. He was very patient with us and our questions and was very happy to answer them. This place is great - give this man a raise!!!!!!

I rented a concrete saw. I paid full price for it being broken and dangerous. I addressed the issues with Gabe, the Tool Rental manager, and he tried to discredit my points. The water hose was broken and did not work. I had to pay someone to hold water on it for me when it was supposed to do it for me. It also would not stop spinning when on idle. It spun at full speed and could have hurt someone very bad. Gabe argued about these issues and quickly checked me out so fast to not have to discount the cost, which is what he should have done at a minimum! When I checked the tool out, I told the associate I had a rental “perk” to use. She told me it is applied when I bring it back at the end but that she put it in the notes for the person to handle it for me when I came back. I told Gabe this but he quickly said it is “too late.” No apology. No crediting it back. No alternatives. Nothing. He just kept saying it is too late. His employee jumped in and said the same thing. Too late. Too late. It was ridiculous. They had the rudest tone and made me fight with them for a long while before finally offering an option. They let it get way too far before coming up with a better solution. And it was written in the freaking notes! And the tool was even broken to begin with. They charged me full price for a broken tool and refused to accept the “perk,” which was the main reason I even came to rent the tool to begin with…. Gabe is horrible! This store rents out broken and dangerous tools! And at full price, to boot, even when confronted with it directly!

The employees at this store are more eager to help an elderly woman like myself.

I like the prices and items are easy to find.

The staff here do a great job, the local authorities need to remove the homeless and it will be a great place to shop.

I am please to visit this location. I always get help when needed. It seems like some of the other locations I'm looking around to see if I can find anyone! Not here.

The friendliest home Depot I've ever been in

When I called to see if my order could be ready earlier, there were a number of orders ahead of mine so it could not be earlier. I understood and I was OK with that. When my order was ready I received a phone call. I explained that I would need assistance loading. When I arrived, a very nice young man and the girl who finished up my order ready to load on the pad. The young associate happily placed my 10 bags of pea gravel into the back of my truck. I am sorry, but I did not get the name of the two associates who helped me. The time was about 6:30 PM on Thursday when I picked up my order. Please congratulate the two associates who assisted me at the Stanton Home Depot.

Gonzalo Reyes was VERY helpful in helping us find the right washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

Angel from Electronics is the best!! Walked into the store dazed and confused not knowing what I’m doing, thankfully Angel was there and immediately helped. I showed him what I was trying to do and he walked me through step by step exactly what I needed to complete my project and why. Felt smarter after I left Just kidding, but definitely more confident in the project.

This assistant manager Jon was a very rude person who treated me like I was the stupidest human being, when all I asked was for an opinion. I saw his name on his apron and a tag that said "Assistant Manager," decided to only leave with an energy drink to stay awake and leave with a sour taste for this store.

Bought a new Maytag Washer and Dryer

I write this letter, with hope, that it will not be dismissed as I just was at The Home Depot in Stanton, CA. The level of volatility and indifference that stems from Fernando in YOUR plumbing department is beyond measurable. I am a proud man of Mexican descent, but above all I am an American. I will admit that English can still be challenging for me to deploy in real world situations. Therefore, upon asking the young man if he spoke Spanish I was subjected to this response, "I was born in America and in America you speak English." Fernando, duly noted, but the Orange Apron that drapes across your chest and that pinwheel that illustrates your companies core values do not align with such grotesque response. I will spare you the dozens of responses that he could have said to me in my efforts to find a plunger that afternoon. I rely on The Home Depot for all of my household needs and I'm sure Fernando could have been having a bad day or had bigger issues on his mind, but it boils down to doing the right thing and having respect for all people. I can empathize with retail workers during such difficult and uncertain times. Retail workers have become the backbone of our economy and if there is a moment in time that they need the most encouragement, it is now. As a customer, that can only be given if it is reciprocated by the employee. In this instance, it is a resounding NO. I am but one of hundreds, if not, thousands of customers that Fernando will see in his lifetime at The Home Depot. Is this who you want as an ambassador on your sales floor? I write for all of the customers, foreign and domestic, whom shop within your hallowed aisles and call The Home Depot... home.

parking lot is a lil rough alot of crackheads on bikes . Don't leave stuff in back of truck. Store pretty clean once inside.
