We were once again at this Home Depot for our renovation work in progress. We make very frequent visits and each time, staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Sindia, at the Returns counter, is just above and beyond! She sees us visit and is just so welcoming and greets us, seeing how she can help us, and is just so friendly and professional in such a human to human way. She has a great spirit and seeing her makes us smile. Keep up the great work with the friendly and helpful team.

I love going to Home Depot #4602 I have always gone there ever since they opened the store. I am a handy person who performs a lot of home projects. So I'm always in there purchasing items and materials for my various home projects. I also take advantage of their promotions to purchase major expenses: appliances carpets, building materials, paints, etc. I know all the employees. They are always helpful and go out of their way to assist.

Close to home, friendly, professional, and helpful staff. We usually find what we need! Staff always helps us when we need it. Clean and organized.

My favorite store when it comes to get stuff to fix stuff in my home and general maintenance. Employees at my Home Depot store are always wonderful and eager to help. I'd like to joke that half of my paycheck ends up at Home Depot.

Alston did a great job with our order today at the ProDesk for our basement remodel. Back in the summer, my husband and I were making our order at the Pro Desk for our deck replacement with a combination of Trex and TimberTech and we were literally his first customers. I remember how Alston was so diligent to not make a mistake and kept checking to make sure it was right. Now he is still diligent, knowledgeable, speedy and confidant - in a good way. What a nice opportunity to see his growth.

With Roger and the team at this location customer service is always great. They are well in stock and if they don't have what you're looking for they will find a way to get it or get you to the right place.

This store is my "go to" place for home improvement needs. It is not just that it is convenient to my home, because there are a number of other options that are also convenient. The store is well-stocked, but it is the support that the associates consistently give that has sold me. They are universally helpful and seem to enjoy being helpful. I will continue to shop at this store regularly.

The staff is friendly and efficient. They do their best to focus on the customer and to do what is right for their store. One cashier in particular, Sonia, will ensure that you have a pleasant experience.

Sonia is the best cashier. Always friendly and helpful. Alan in plumbing/electrical always help me find materials. Sheila in paint is wonderful matching paint for all my many clients. I paint daily. Austin at pro desk helps make sure I have all my materials and any bulk items Very friendly and professional.

Home depot did a floor install for me in which they decided how much material to order. When I tried to return excess material they charged me a 15% restocking fee, even thought it was their fault there was extra material. I tried explaining this to the manager but he didn't care and said "That's our policy" and "You signed the papers and agreed to it," but I reviewed my papers and did not see anything about a restocking fee. Home depot should give me back the fee.

Every time I go to HOME DEPOT I get a welcome and it is easy to find items when you can't find items, I found products that i needed, with the help of friendly employees, the store was very clean, all the associates I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WERE VERY FRIENLY AND HELPFUF.

I'm standing in the aisle when a nice, young man, John Allen III, an Assistant Manager, asked me if I needed help. Boy, did I. I was re-doing my bathroom. He personally walked me to every department and helped me select what I wanted. His knowledge was impeccable. He knew where the light fixtures, mirrors, faucets, light and plug plates, bulbs and paint were and could inform me of which was the better quality for what I wanted. He knew what he was talking about! I have never been happier and I have been throwing his name to all I know who shop at the Sterling Home Depot ever since. This gentleman should get employee of the year. Thank you, John, for the best shopping trip in my life. You are wonderful.

I have shopped at this store for many years. I have always found it clean and well organized. The employees are always helpful and polite. I also find that the store stays well stocked.
