Jen is flooring is amazing! She is very educated on her products and helps you find what's best for your home. She is very friendly and my kids actually love coming to home depot just to see her. Thank you jen for all you do.

Customer service ok dlv process not so good lost a days pay still no word from Home Depot in when I will get product dlv it’s just wrong said they would dlv on 8/31 now 9/5 still waiting

The people who work in this particular store have always been extremely helpful. I am not experienced in home improvement and I rely on their thorough and friendly assistance whenever I shop there.

Whoever oversees the employees is to be commended. Uniformly pleasant and polite, as well as being helpful.

We are regular customers to this store and have purchased everything from paint supplies, appliances and flooring (including installation). We have always had positive experiences. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about products.

I liked the way every thing is organized. Workers were all very friendly and helpful. Clean and neet.

The store was clean and the staff was very busy stacking the shelves with new merchandice. I neede help to find where the dehumidifierswere. The staff took me right to where they were and loaded my cart. Than I had to be shown where the windowwell covers were. I couldn't ask for better service.I also had to have help on finding gutter screws for our gutters. All that said and done it went quickly and everyone was very helpful. Thank You Home Depot and your Staff

I know people that work there everyone is very nice and helpful. I would want to work there after I retire.

Plenty of employees on the floor to help & knowledgeable, clean/well stocked on many items, & speedy cashier services. But, Mowing Season means you've got to Have Many MORE BELT SIZES....hint, hint :)

We did not go through the whole store just to appliances. When we got to the appliances Donna Dauber helped us immediately. She answered all our questions and knew the product. I bought a washer and dryer from her because she was very helpful her customer service is above and beyond. Anyone looking to buy a appliance should go see her. Could not get any help in my home town store. Went to this store on a whim. Walked out with a new Washer and Dryer. Thank you Donna.

The employees are very helpful compared to other home depots I have been to we just moved to the area and purchased a house so we are spending alot of time there recently and it's very nice to have people so accommodating so we can get what we need and get out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although I had some issues with credit card being declined due to lack of use... unknowingly I had to return home for a different card....the staff was great. Donna in appliances & Desiree who we asked for help..We we're very pleased with my visit. And the store was clean and organized.

This store is well layed out and easy to find what I need. But the staff is always helpful if I have any trouble.

They have a good selection and the store is always clean

Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful! I feel they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will always come back to this store, even though it is 20 minutes from my house. The store 5 minutes from me never even offered to help me after looking at appliances for 45 minutes. Customer Service is everything when you need to buy an appliance!
