We shopped for dishwasher a month ago and met Jocelyn. She was wonderful as she helped us choose the right one and placed the delivery order. We went yesterday for cooktop and was so happy to see Jocelyn again!

My co-worker’s and I shop at this location pretty frequently and the morning shift is always helpful and knowledgeable. Big kudos to the guys in the power tool section

I had a great experience at this location in Sugarland. I've shopped here before, but this time, I needed assistance with a diy project using pvc pipes. I couldn't figure out the feet part of the stand and a crew member by the name of Wonderful helped me figure it out. He went above and beyond and was very resourceful. He was helping other customers at the same time, but would return to help me.

I bought a hand held bidet and it was easy to install. Love it so much.

Definitely found an employee that was try to unnecessarily upscale items either because he knew nothing or because he was trying to take advantage of me as a woman thinking I didn’t know anything. Will not go back to this one

This store is amazing and filled with incredible staff. It's almost unreal. All staff that I dealt with during a single trip were perfect in every way. I visited the millworks, customer service, and garden center departments during my visit. All staff were incredibly helpful, and very personable. This is why I plan to continue shopping here for all my home and garden needs.

The sugarland Homedepot store has one of the best environment and customer service who makes shopping really easy and pleasant

My store is the greatest. I have a choice of two home depots and this one outsells the other in the cleanliness of the store, the care of the plants, and the organization of the items.

Im a contractor my time is very valuable went into store no employees seem to be im the area only saw 2 and were ignoring people i went for paint waited 30 minutes for someone showed up and he didnt knew how to color match he blamed it on computer just got my samples and left HORRIBLE costumer service and time wasting store

I have many examples. I have yet to meet a store associate who is not professional, kind in their mannerisms, and who did not stop to ask if you need assistance or help. My experience is always great. Other Homedepot stores could take a page out of the Sugar Land store's book.

Had to return an item without a receipt. It was made quick and easy by the employee.

We went shopping for a new refrigerator and were helped by a superb customer service person, Charles Hall. He made the whole experience pleasant and smooth.

Avdva was exceptional! I need 30 keys. She saw me there asked if I needed help ( she knew Hardware was short staff and did not want me have a long wait). She was from the Lumber dept. She was exceptional to care of customer service and thoughtless toward a customer!!!

Katina (seemed to be a manager) is rude and not customer focused. On top of that, there were untrained people. Took over 20 mins to return an item with 3 people trying to figure it out. Online showed in stock for store pick up, store likely didn’t pull the item off the shelf before it sold out.

I like this store because it always have what I am needing at the time. The associates are always friendly and most of all professional. Check-out is always a breeze with the professional associates.
