I recently went to Home Depot to purchase temporary shades. Tairey was so helpful, efficient, and knowledgable. He also went out of his way to find associates when other customers needed help. I will be returning to this location for sure!!!

Such a great experience with Tairey who cut my blinds precisely to the specifications. He was very helpful in picking out the best product and very professional and easy to work with him.

Johnny and Raul went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality! Highly recommend coming to this location.

Generally, I don't particularly care for this store because it seems difficult for me to find a parking space during the day. However, on this particular evening I was looking for bolts, nuts, washers, lock washers and Glenda came to my rescue. She definitely knows her stuff and helped me find what I needed. I'm so grateful to her for taking the time to get me squared away. Thank you soooo much, Glenda.

We bought our kitchen cabinets and exterior doors at home depot (after a very disappointing trip to Ikea and realizing none of the cabinets we wanted to order were in stock). Michael (in cabinets) saved the day! Then we headed over to Dalida in doors -- and her whole team was terrific (including the manager Marco and the doors manager who had just started two days ago and I forgot his name)... They walked us through the door styles, prices and even called the reps to get us the best price. We'll be back for more stuff for sure!

I much appreciated the personal attention the cashier provided on our last visit, walking us from the front of store to the isle of the item we needed.

My experience at home depot was amazing was because of Jimmy M Garcia. He was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and went over and above to provide excellent customer service. He really made Home Depot Shine!!!

Well organized, clean, hard to find but helpful employees inside. Parking lot, entrance and exit is treacherous. Swarms of men looking for work approach you in lot and follow to car. Exiting is very unfair, no supervision so it’s bumper cars and chicken.

Finally found a Home Depot with living sales staff - both in the paint dept and at the customer service window - PTL! A pulse and a brain. Recommend the Sunset Store - if you gotta go to Home Depot - Go to Hollywood

Not helpful at all when needed

The associates at the return counter are overwhelmed or need more support. I could hear them cursing and one of them said “I can help the next helpless soul over here”

I needed a large palm delivered to my house and the team at home depot made it happen in just a few hours! Such a seamless job thanks to you guys.

I encountered 3 employees and none were friendly or enthusiastic to assist me. I was pleasant in my approach. They did answer my questions on where to locate a product.

SUNSET LOS ANGELES HOME DEPOT The key guy: I remembered that i needed a key made. I saw the key guy ( sorry I never got his name) throw friendly conversations with customers. Ashe quickly assisted me he was friendly and toward the end he let me know if I ever need a key done he'll be available on weekdays not weekends. I would go back to him. The cashier: receipt says her name is Nathalie. I was ready to check out. I was going to use the self check out. There were 3 of us wondering where the line was and who was 1st. I didn't want conflict so I went to the cashier line and glad I did. I was purchasing 3 different types of drain unclogging liquids. She recommended the snake and told me it's very effective from her experience. When I was swiping my card ( the chip reader doesn't work) I realized that I needed cash back since I was doing laundry. She asked if I would like change instead of a solid 20. I was greatful

Today I was looking for track lite covers -fixtures to replace old ones that are broken. Marvin M went right to the location and showed me what was available. NOT MUCH. BUT he ordered some for me and told me when they will arrrive. Nice shopping experience.

The customer service is TERRIBLE. No one ever wants to help you and when you find an employee, who is trying to get away from you, they tell you they're not from that department but will call another person. Then you have to wait so long for an employee to be annoyed at you.

This particular home depot has high traffic and seems to cater to heavy contractors and large scale stamp projects. Not a whole lot of variety as other stores I've been to and poorly stocked on certain items you'd expect them to carry. My last trip to this location did not go well, an employee in the paint section couldn't find the caulk guns and when we found where they should've been there were none of any kind, then he redirected me to the plumbing section saying they might be there but it was obvious he knew there were not going to be any and he didn't follow or attempt to check with anyone else about where they might be. Couldn't find several things they usually carry actually, and little to no variety of what I was looking for. The parking lot was also a bit of a mess with random sketchy food trucks and stands and people loitering in a tight squeeze of a parking area to begin with. It's LA i know but still, the area has undergone a lot of gentrification and this home depot needs to keep up.

I needed a special part for a water filter and was impressed by the employee's patience and willingness to help

I found just the right screw for the fastening of a bucket chair leg. Thanks to the assistance of employee Jesus who had a great eye and was able to look through the inventory pretty quickly. It's a relief to know that small things can be found in this big place, things that make it possible to finish a project.

I go to Home Depot probably 2 times a week. I love home improvement projects of all kinds. I also get my cleaning supplies there. Best bang for your buck. The people who work here are so helpful and fun. They know their stuff too.

This Home Depot SUNSET LA Storeis unkempt in the parking lot abounds with rodents running all over the lower parking lot. When I informed the manager about the conditions in my shock, he seemed extremely nonchalant about it like it was a normal occurrence. When I asked him who I should share my photographs and video with he suddenly changed his attitude. Filthy place.
