I looked online for a shop vac. Went to store, shelf price match online price. Register was $30 more. I was told I had to buy it online to get the lower price then pick it up. That doesn’t explain the shelf price. Employees said “they have been doing that for years”. Employees even confirmed, box, shelf and online were all same sku.

I drive 25 miles out of my way to go here now.This is officially my home depot!!! Dr. AL was amazing. I hope the name is correct. I try to DIY and spend a lot of money at home depot, but it always takes me about an hour to figure out and find what I need for the job, usually takes multiple trips and returns through process of eliminating and what not to get the job done. At this location, I gave him my dilemma and my idea and he directed me not only how to find the items, the difference btw the items, and made sure I checked out with the right things to get the job done...and when I got home I DID!!! No running around, frustration, feeling little in a huge store where everyone but me seems like they know exactly what they are doing. I'm gonna look for you everytime. Thank you so much.

David filled in for the person who was on break in the paint dept and we had a large order with several colors and styles of paint. He was very patient and informative and got everything perfect for us.

Selection of herbs varieties were thin. Plants were good. Needed a hose coupler. You don’t carry it. Marie, my checkout person greeted me when I came in, checked me out and wished me well.

It was pretty easy it was all done electronically. After I got the card I noticed that I could have gotten $100 off if I spent more. The checkout lady Emelda was kind and courteous. I got flowers and gardening supplies. Also tomato plants. Good variety and healthy plants!

I get a warm greeting from Marie, and now she knows my first name, too. She never stands around for even a few seconds (like some employees who check their phones when they have 30 seconds between customers). She was sweeping and quickly stopped to come help me. She's so friendly Also, I was there two days ago and forgot to do the survey. Marie was awesome then, too. And further, I had four bags of mulch and some flowers. Missy noticed and offered to take everything to my car and load it as she was about to be off work anyway. WOW! These lades are incredible!

There are at least 4 Home Depot locations within 20 minutes of my home and many more in neighborhoods near my customers. This one is consistently clean, well stocked and fully staffed with people who are pleasant, helpful and well informed. Some of the others are none of those things.

Just love this location, the staff are so helpful. TJ in flooring is THE MAN, Chris has helped us too. The store’s always clean and in order.

Came into to get a simple flex down spout. Thought it would be in landscape/gardening….after hunting down an associate had to literally go complete opposite end of store ( around forklifts, carts , trash on floors, lumber I almost tripped over…)

Store 1754 on 2/27 at approximately 9:00 am were busy but your associates were heloing customers as they day had started. The associates that helped me were Ryan and Debbie. They listened to my wants and needs and help me make the right choice for my particular needs.

I am still in awe at how the employees treated me when I visited this store....The management is doing their job. SFC RETIRED U.S. Army

This is by far one of the best Home Depot's I've ever visited. The store is always clean and the staff has always provided me with stellar customer service.

I go to this store regularly, mainly because it has excellent employees like Bashar, Robert and Stacy/Tracy. Bashar in particular always assures that my shopping experience is a pleasure.

Rosemary was outstanding. Very grateful for her attitude and assistance.

I wish the cashier would tell you(full disclosure) about refund process Ellen forget to tell me she would give me full credit on my returns and gave me half credits for all money I spent on the items I returned even it it's for store credit don't steal from your customer and sell those same it's for regular price..thats cheating your customers
