The entire team at Sylacauga, Alabama are the best! Chip Edwards is the most knowledgeable individual about any project that I’m ever working on. No matter what project it is. Helpful, courteous, and can answer any difficult issue regarding the job or project!

The employees at the Sylacauga store are the best!, Eager to help, very knowledgeable of their products, I always enjoy shopping there!

so many times they are out of what I need. they are convenient so this is the first place that I go to and they tend to be less expensive than the hardware store across the road. The other store always has your needs in stock.

Was needing a new washer and went in to shop the labor day sale. Anna was very knowledgeable and I was in and out quickly with exactly what I wanted.

My Best advice is to know exactly what it is you’re looking for when you go to shop because the employees are so busy conversating with one another they are to busy to actually help you, and then if you do get a little help they treat you as if you’re a burden and upset you that you interrupted them. I mean lord forbid they do their job. I visit this store atleast two times a week and it’s the same experience everytime. The only reason we continue to do business at this location is because we are a small town with no other options unless we want to travel atleast 20-40 miles or order online. Most of the times we need what we need then. Three years ago this store couldn’t be beat, but now it’s steadily going down hill. All Employees, ESPECIALLY those on the sales floor, should be good representatives for the face of a company not cause it to lose sales. The same product can be sold by several different companies, good customer service is what brings the customers in your store. That’s the difference

But I think it could use some improvement on people being ready to help politeness goes along ways .But I love this store.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the electric range we were interested in.

I have not shopped here in over 2 years. I still get purchase surveys because someone is fraudulently using my military discount. I haven't been able to use it in 2 years because this person uses up all of my benefits! I tried to fix this with customer service but get the run around! Stop it!!!!!

Home depot wants to put the blame on fiskars and fiskars dont care about their products. I guess they figured out they made inferior product and no longer offer these pruners.

We visited Home Depot Sylacauga for blinds and the visit was a great experience because NEEK in Flooring/Window Coverings did a great job for us. She listened to our concerns, questions and offered solid answers and options for every aspect of the project. ASK FOR NEEK!!

Im very pleased with the service at sylacauga home depot. Had two pro service desk personnel that went above and beyond to help with my issues on my order. They were very knowledgeable.. Also had some guys in lumber department and tools to and nails and bolts department that were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work yaw.

It was a pleasure shopping at the Sylacauga store. One simple suggestion open and keep registers open at 3 points of the store.

I go to this store almost every day. It’s my favorite store. The people that work here are my wonderful friends. Sometimes I go there just to see them. The center isle is way too crowded, to the point that you can’t use a cart. It is a safety hazard and we all talk about it. But the guys at the big office don’t care. They don’t have to shop here. Other than that, you will not find a better place to shop.

The store manager was rude and disrespectful to an elderly woman returning an unopened microwave oven. After pages and pages of receipts and 10 of thousands of dollars later she gave up searching for the receipt and began screaming at her. The rudeness was absolutely horrendous. She needs to be fired.

Easy, understanding, caring

Needed a specialty item and asked where it might be found. Employee took me to it right away. Got it and back to the project. Pleased.

I ask the lady at the service desk to call someone to help me with a pressure washer. No one came so I went back to her and ask her again. Then I saw a worker and I ask him if he could help me. He did.

Made a phone order the other day for lumber and hardware. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. Oder was for delivery. Received on delivery date - truck driver gave me a call 20 minutes in advance of arrival, which was appreciated. When he arrived he was very quick and efficient. Got his fork loader off the truck, picked up the stack of lumber and took it down my steep driveway and put it where I requested in no time, with no problem. Also very pleasant and courteous. All good.

tried to return an item that had a lifetime warranty and the karen at returns said she cant because i obviously abused the item.

I was in Home Depot this past weekend and have never been treated better at any store I have been in. The store was clean, the sales associates went above and beyond to help and stock was good. I will be back.

Miss. Terra in the Sylacauga location was wonderful ! My husband an I are very pleased with the way our purchase was handled! She is very polite!

I bought some industrial torpedo heaters a few weeks ago for an industrial job that Mr. Tony helped me with and they are great.

He was very knowledgeable for online order questions and helped me out more than enough!

I was greeted with friendly employees and was asked by several workers if I needed help. One employee took my list and located all my items quickly. Tony at the service desk offered better items, while keeping my budget in mind. Everyone knew a lot about their store and where the items are—down to the shelf!
