I bought a raised bed garden box so in order to raise my own vegetables and fruit.

As a regular contractor in customer at Home Depot on Highway 79 Temecula I’ve been shopping there 3 to 5 times a workday for the last seven years and spend on average 11,000 to 16,000 a month I frequently use the pro department check out the girls there are fast and efficient lately the main checkout girls, Stacey and Chris have been moved for some reason and replaced with slow inexperienced cashiers. I know the place is gone under new management and I don’t think it’s for the better!!!! long lines in the pro department with inexperience cashiers new manager doesn’t know what they’re doing. Also, the electrical departments been separated into three separate aisle , nowhere near each other.

I highly recommend the Temecula Parkway Home Depot because of the phenomenal staff and great prices. I spent more than I anticipated, but for good reason.

Norma was great with helping navigate a return/exchanging process. Smart, professional, and friendly.Her customer care skills are top notch.. Ron and Clair both assisted me at different times and were also knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. Clair’s professional assistance was appreciated when making the return. The people I’ve mentioned are a big part of the reason I will continue to shop at HomeDepot in the future.

Store was very clean and organized. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

I spoke with two manages on Wed 5 Nov (Manual and another senior manager). Quite professional during the entire interaction. One of the representatives was quite rude as he walked away mumbling something about "he didn't want to be blamed for not knowing anything about what is going on at Home Deport" He was not very helpful when I and another customer asked him questions.

I ordered over $7600.00 of doors that failed to be delivered complete on 1st delivery date. Similar problems on 2nd delivery: incomplete. 3rd shipment was at store will call & all items were damaged 4th shipment at store will call was missing several components. Completely incompetent & apathetic customer service from store manager & millworks department. DONT buy any Special Order items at this store. They don’t know how to do their job correctly & they don’t care enough to fix their failures.

Looking for new flooring and they have the perfect solution we need.

Trying to return a broken florescent tube was difficult and wasteful.
