The cashier, Erin was efficient and promptly notified an associate that we needed help with some block we planned to purchase. Ruth Ann took charge and got a fork lift operator, Jeremy to take a pallet to our vehicle and she personally loaded our trailer with the block we purchased. Cudos to the Lawn and Garden associates. We appreciate all your help.

The garden dept. was understaffed, however, when the Associates saw us and were freed up they immediatley helped us, Ruthanne and Sparky were the names on their aprons. They were very kind and helpful. Also the cashier Name was Roxann was very polite ...

Sparky in Garden Department is the best asset a store can have. He has always helped us and provided knowledgeable assistance whenever we had questions.

The associates we dealt with in the garden department were knowledgeable and very helpful. This made up somewhat for the past 3 visits we had there when the other associates were rude and did not know anything about the items in their department. We had decided to quit shopping there , but our faith has been restored by our most recent visit.

I have been shopping there for many years.. the past 2 years the store is taking a steady decline in terms of service and associate knowledge... I have pretty much decided to pay the higher prices and take my business to Ace Hardware and the the Nursery in town.
