Went to get a washing machine, Kevin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the different products. Really nice to have someone to help walk you through the process.

Alex from the yard was very diligent in finding the part that was right for me.

I bought a 1/2" socket but it striped so next time I will get a impact socket.

My Mother and I went shopping for flooring and was assisted by Harrison. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with all of our questions, and calculations. Super pleasant and so patient with us!

Ethan in plumbing was an immense help!

I needed two lock sets and wanted to know if the locks needed to be keyed the same. An employee informed me the sets were coded the same and did not need to be re keyed. Very helpful and saved me some money.

While looking to purchase an item, and placing the item in my cart, the associate followed me around the store and asked repeatedly if I was done shopping. After asking why I was being followed, the associate said that was their policy. Mind you, I spend a lot of money at Home Depot, and was certainly not presenting myself in a manner in which would raise suspicion. Will be thinking twice before shopping here again.

I bought this freezer, only because many of the other !models where months out on back order. My biggest problem with this Home Depot episode has been on the delivery end. I waited ALLay for re freezer to come on 11/2 only to have them call me at 7p.m.and say they can't make it. They rescheduled to 11/4 I told them that wasn't going to work, they showed up anyway and left their McDonald's garbage laying in my driveway! Left my note on the door "sorry we missed you" NOW rescheduled AGAIN, after MANY PHONE CALLS. Maybe I will get it on the 14 th.??Ridiculous!! If it doesn't get here on the 14th. I will take my business some where else!

Bought a drill driver combo set, got home to realize one of 2 didn’t function properly, took back to exchange a couple days later with no questions asked. Appreciate that very much.

Low inventory throughout store. Some employees were friendly and some didn't seem to care

Cathy B. provided excellent service when selecting cellular shades for our new home. She asked relevant questions about my project and was very knowledgable. I highly recommend her.

Sue Hill was the associate that helped us through the refrigerator search. Also quickly signed us up for a HD card and the purchasing process was seemless. And she was the only one in the floor, multitasking with us and multiple other customers with a kindness and a smile.

We are doing a remodel and at least five individuals assisted with great attitudes and were very kind.

Enjoy the store however, not enjoying the new military discount program. Most older veterans don't have smart phones and shouldn't be forced to carry one to receive the benefit. The $400 cap per year is also a joke, there is no limit to the amount of sacrifice our veterans make to preserve and defend this country there shouldn't be a limit to the amount of appreciative discount provided.

Had to wait for service as salesman was on phone. The employees were friendly, professional, and quick upon service.

We waited over an hour and a half for someone to stock the wood we needed. 4 associates all said they were but none of them did.

Ann was helpful in the garden department and a young man who has been only working there one month was very kind and personable and helped load 13 sod rolls in my car! Great service!!

The soil i bought is a great brand and affordable price for sure and quality and excellent, efficient check out with cashier.

I was looking for an upright freezer and had some fairly detailed questions--Kevin in appliances answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner with detailed (and correct!) product and technical information. It is rare to get this kind of service--more like shopping in Nordstrom! I could order with confidence and got the best product for my needs and situation. Thank you!
