This home depot rocks. They have good employee retention and their employees are usually attentive and helpful. Carrie offered to scan my items and take my payment before I could even think about self check out.

I had a leaf blower I purchased last fall and had it for about a week at most. I took it back to Home Depot and the clerk removed a part on another blower to fix mine & ordered another part so I could get my job done. You don’t see that very often.

From being greeted when we entered the store, to questions answered about products, to check out our experience was very helpful

All the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. As I walk around the store and pass an employee, I'm always asked if I need any help with anything.

I came in for gutter items and had a great experience from every person working I came across. Every offer for assistance was greatly appreciated and the store was super clean. Thank you for the amazing customer service and the super quick check out. Best shopping experience in a long time.

The Home Depot is a smaller store than found in many other locations, however the store is well stocked and has personnel who greet you, who know where things are in the store, and if they themselves do not have knowledge about a certain item, they take the time to call for another to assist you. They have been very consistent each time we have come to the store.

We had a large appliance return and purchase. Everyone at the store was super friendly and helpful. Chris went above and beyond to process our return and find us replacements. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit!

Everything I've been to this store I always get treated like I'm a criminal or I'm trying to hide or steal something. I have spent over $60,000.00 on parts, water heaters, and go to home depot for all my plumbing needs and they have reliable products. I support them but I don't feel the employees support me. We all have to work and I don't feel it's necessary to walk around with a zealous attitude towards customers and treat them as if they are criminals. Tonight I bought a water heater and some parts and the old guy cashier self check out sneakily looks through all my stuff seeing If I was hiding anything as I was paying and it made me so mad to get disrespected like that. It's not about policy its how you conduct it, don't act like I'm a thief everything I'm going to check out don't act like I'm not going to scan my items you don't have to watch me like a hawk or consistently bother me as I'm typing in my job numbers and pro perk ID. The cashier was so nosey I was talking to my husband and he asked what we were saying I wasn't even talking to him. I go through self checkout for a reason to not be bothered. Please start being nicer to your customers we all work together we all need each other

I go there for all my DeWalt tools because if I have problems with them, I bring them in and they do whatever it takes to help me solve the prob.

After a recent purchase of an expensive appliance, I discovered it had gone on sale. I returned with my information, and they very happily reimbursed me for the difference.

Everytime I shop at this store I leave happy. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

This Home Depot was easy to navigate. They had exactly what we were looking for. And the customer service was exactly what we expected- Great!!!

The workers were very helpful. And there were plenty of workers. Tyron in paint is fantastic! This is my second time there and both times he has showed how knowledgeable he is in the paint products that he is working with. This time he gave me a wonderful suggestion of how to improve the project I’m working on. And found me down in the store because I forgot to take my paint with me!

Purchased a much needed tool in store (indexing head wrecking bar) for remodeling (lathe and plaster removal) that I could only find online, this saved me time and shipping expenses.

We were going camping and forgot to pack chairs. Ran into the Home Depot and browsed at what was available. Have always liked and wanted Adirondack chairs. Thought was great time to purchase. Very happy with choice. Light weight and comfy. Easy to transfer. Made in the USA . Come with a full one year warranty. They also have cup holders and cell phone holder. They held up and cleaned up very nice. Happy with our purchase. Getting lot of use out of them as we brought home to use as extra chairs on our patio! They look great.

Cashier very condescending and unwilling to help with my concerns

I have never encountered such AMAZING employees to this degree, EVER! Casey & Shari were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! They helped my husband and I with a purchase, matched the cost to the site because the site said differently, and helped us with my husband setting up his vet discount and how to do it through the Home Depot app! The store was EXTREMELY clean, well organized, and EVERY SINGLE employee we encountered during our visit, ESPECIALLY Casey & Shari, were VERY helpful, smiling, approachable, kind, and very informative!!!! I loved this visit and will DEFINITELY use this store for ALL future home & property needs that home depot can supply!!!!!!

The people are always really nice and tend to be very helpful. But, its Home Depot- not as great a selection as the other two big stores and the prices a little higher. Its not great, its not bad- its a good go to when there isn't much alternative. Not a bad shopping experience.

Every staffer is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and eager to help problem solve. No wandering around lost looking for the right thing.

Highly satisfied! Looking to come back !
