Great location with enthusiastically knowledgeable employees!

Super friendly staff willing to answer questions, offer advice, walk you to products, even climb ladders for inventory if needed. I actually left the store looking forward to my next visit!

Two warnings about this store: 1. The Tilly Mill Rd. Home Depot refused to take the burned-out fluorescent T8 light bulb I tried to recycle, even though I'd bought it at the same store. "We don't take those," the woman shouted from behind the Customer Service desk when I attempted to put it in the recycling bin just inside the store. Thus, I had to drive five miles down the road to the Chamblee Lowe's, who does recycle your burned-out T8 and T12 bulbs. 2. When I returned a new item I'd purchased with a Gift Card a couple of days previously, the store wanted to issue me a "Store Credit." As many of us have learned by sad experience, Home Depot "Store Credits" can't be used for any purchase on HomeDepot.com. My receipt clearly said "Gift Card" as the form of payment, but this store still wanted to issue a "Store Credit". When I asked for an E-Gift Card refund (apparently those can be used online), the cashier gave the standard response, "the computer won't let me do it." Clearly, some rather disappointing experiences at the Tilly Mill Home Depot.

Store is very busy, but employees inside were there to assist.

I would definitely recommend this store, the employees are helpful and customer service is good. This store has everything I need for my home improvement.

This Home Depot is excellent had all the products that I need. The associates are very friendly and helpfl.

When I go to the Doraville store, I have always found great help in the plumbing and electrical departments. These guys know what they're doing and I appreciate the extra help they give. Sometimes the parts I need are not obvious to me, and they will help me in seconds with what would have taken me 30 to 60 minutes to find. And that is why I keep on coming back to this store.

Large variety of products in stock, top brands and last models, will come back!!

Bought Straw, cashier said to pull around to trailer and wait. I waited and waited for :25. No employee showed up. I went back inside and cashier said they would send someone. Again I waited. 10 minutes this time. Finally an employee came and got my straw. No sorry for the long wait. Next time I will go some were else for straw!

Asked an employee for help and was told no, cashier told me it would be easier to get it myself.

Cashier Demetria was extremely friendly. She told me about the Home Depot app that allows customers to find the item and aisle number that the item can be found. I'm so grateful she introduced me to help with the app now I use it everyday

This is simply a great store with superb employees. I shop here a LOT and feel very welcome every time I come in. Thanks for being there for me. Maybe if I shop even more often than about 4 times a week, I can get my own parking place?

I was very pleased with the service I received from my cashier, Rashawna . She was very personable and polite. Overall, she is a great addition to the store . Keep it up

This store is fine and some of the employees are very helpful. My beef is that management recently decided to stop honoring competitor coupons, such as the 10% loyalty coupons that I get from Lowe's sometimes. They use to honor competitor coupons, but I was told tonight they stopped that. Other stores honor competitor coupons, and going forward when given the chance I will just shop at Lowe's. I prefer this store because it is close to my house, but I am not going to pay more to shop here.

Tiffany was amazing on yesterday she greeted me and when I replied and asked her how she was she replied.(Freaking Awesome) that was a first and that made my day. She seemed as if she enjoys her job and the customers because I watched her interact with the other guests and it was the same enthusiasm with everyone. She helped me look up somega items and was even multitasking and I must say I'm in love with this young lady. When we finished my purchase she said please do my survey so they will give me a cookie for my work and I told her she needs 10 cookies. Great job tilly mill she is a great asset to your company.

A good, clean store with average inventory on most items. The exception is appliances in which the inventory is poor. I went to purchase a washer and there was not a single Whirlpool on display. Went to Lowe's where they had several for me to look at and compare. The other issue with this store is the day laborers that constantly troll the parking lot. You immediately get a bad first impression when you drive in and see several in the lot. Management needs to take an active role in removing this eyesore. It would definitely make for a safer and nicer store experience.

I have recommended this store to many peers for the past 2 decades. The employees present themselves in such a positive way. Their demeanors present an excellent image of Home Depot and what Home Depot offers personal shoppers and contracting personnel.
