The attitude of the employees is exceptional….it can be called “help provided courteously.”

We were assisted by both Bridgett and Mark. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. They were both very attentive and professional. Mark was able to help us with a creative solution to get our purchase home safely and we could not be more satisfied.

So often people only review businesses when they have a complaint and they forget to do so when they had a pleasant experience. I want to make sure I give a big thank you and shout out Tony in paints. I brought in a sample of factory painted siding that I wanted to color match. Tony ended up creating two r’ecipes’ to match the paint perfectly but he totally nailed the color and finish. He was extremely patient and never made me feel rushed. I’ll remember to ask for him to answer any paint questions I may have in the future.

I was very pleased with the assistance, offered by the employed by the name of Manoj. He was very helpful and friendly, and walk me directly to the refund desk.

Mark greeted me as soon as I entered the store and went above and beyond to assist me while I was there. I have not had this experience at a Home Improvement store and it was incredibly helpful. The cashier was also helpful. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name.

Well stocked Loaded Home Depot App and Store location. Searched for product in the App. It directed me to the Isle and Bin to find product. And it was there!

Briefly- I needed some assistance, and I didn't have to send up smoke signals to get it. Staff actually asked if I needed help, before I could ask them. That is why I'm a regular customer.

Alex was a great help today , he helped me find 2 items i had saved in my cart on my phone .

Short version: Home Depot employs enough floor associates that they can actually take time to answer your questions. They walk you to the product instead of saying "Aisle 20" without even looking at you. The employees are jovial and interact with each other in a positive manner. At their nearest competitor this same evening, I had employees give answers including: "That's not my department" and "Try at Home Depot" (no kidding!) while their lumber associate shouted at another employee who asked for help: "Can't you see that I'm with another customer!?" while he was just standing there staring into the distance. I walked out and went to Home Depot. But at Home Depot, the first random employee I asked for help walked me straight to the item and cut it for me. On my way to get my cart, I overheard an employee ask another employee where an item was. The second employee responded by singing the answer to the tune of "Tis the season to be jolly..." with was something like "It's in Aisle 23, falalalalaa..." The cashiers don't hide behind their registers, instead they wait at the aisle and wave you over to them. What a frieking huge difference between stores!

This Home Depot has exceptionally helpful and courteous employees.

I bought this 8/25/2022 ,putting together was very easy,lightweight even with the battery attached ,great job ryobi, thinking about buying another one later on this battery last a long time ,ya cant go wrong for this package comes with a 5year that covers the tool and 3 yrs. For the battery never going back to 4 or 2 stroke again

DeRod was the plumbing technician that helped me locate all the needed components to complete my in home project. He was extremely helpful & friendly.

A sales representative in the appliance section named Samieh was extremely good and very knowledgeable while she helped my wife and I to purchase a new washing machine on Monday, July 11, 2022!!!

If u need a new window or door Rob is ur man. He helped us replace an old screen by customizing a new one. He is full of knowledge, friendly, and professional.

Great service and product knowledge from David X on fridge/appliances. Went through whole process from start to finish. Very easy purchase.

The microwave that I purchased was not in stock at the store, but was able to be delivered in a few days. The installers were arrived early, were competent and worked quickly.

I shopped the usual competition and although the prices were competitive, the service at Home Depot was the best, I’m buying all building materials here.

It took almost an hour to have a pallet of 80 pound concrete loaded to my truck.

Greg was very familiar with the store. He stayed with me and helped with location of my items and also saved me money by pointing out if the 2 pack of fiters was purchased I could save $10.00. Always greeted when I enter the store and thanked when I leave. Highly recommend this store they are second to none!

Home Depot of Cockeysville Maryland is the best HD to shop. Cyndi, Bethany &Lisa in Customer Service go above and beyond to help resolve any problem or find any product or explain any policy. The next time I go in, I will get a photo of us all,if they’re not too busy with other wonderful people. I just bought a Christmas tree. Much more expensive than these last few years. That was disappointing

I needed to have a sheet of plywood into 5 PCS for shelving. The lumber associate was extremely helpful and friendly; cut PCS to exact measurements! Made my installation a breeze.

Nada, The customer service cashier that helped me today, was extremely patient and helpful with a concern about a return I did previously. She researched the issue and effectively came to a resolution.

The Timonium Home Depot is one of the best Depots I have ever visited. They have a well organized and clean store. Friendly people. It is a busy store but things are always orderly.

I am so grateful for the kindness and patience of the people working here. They helped me find each of the items on my list. Nate also helped me out to my vehicle.

Like the selection of light bulbs.
