The store products were neat and clean. The associates were able to assist the customers with a lot of patience. The visit was fine. There was a large selection.

Will most likely not shop here will go to Lowe's now which is close by. Was sent away by the cashier after standing in line for awhile because the person in front of me was trying to get a credit card. she just turned off her light and told me this will be a while you can wait or go to another line. So everyone in the line had to go wait in others lines and start at the back. Very rude way to handle the situation and very dumb way to treat people shopping at your store. Find a better way to have people apply for your credit cards no making other shoppers suffer. This is not the first time this has happened to me at home depot but this time sucked after standing in line for so long. Never has happened to me at Lowe's

The store opened at 6:00am. I was there in line to make purchase of this item. To my disappointment, the store was chaotic and crowded with many many customers . They wanted to buy the same item. Before I would go to the end of the line all the sale item was gone. I saw so many customers before me who successfully made the purchase :each of them loaded as many as 2 , 3 or even 4 carts of the sale item.It must be more than 20 to 30 pots. Worse still, quite a number of customers, mostly male,they picked up so many of this plant that they fully loaded a display shelf and pushed to the check out station to make the purchase.I even lost count of how many poinsettia items such shelf can hold. I felt sorry for a man before me that he would not have the chance to buy,and he is in wheelchair. Of course I left the store empty handed . In the evening of the same day , I went back to the store to return a purchase item. I talked with the Manager on duty,Valarie,about the chaotic situation in the morning.She is very sympathetic and gracious enough to allow me to make a purchase of 10 pots of poinsettia at a deep discount of $0.99(which originally is 3 for $12). That is the best customer service.

I was looking for an electric stove. The sales person was very nice, knowledgable, and friendly. He answered any and all questions. I ordered the stove, which was delivered on a Sunday, as planned. The store is, of course, generally clean. Have gone to this store many times, and will go again.

Just wanna thank Justin Mario Michelle and dough they help with everything I needed for my project. The service I got was #1 from answering all my million questions to getting all the material I need. So thx guys keep up the great job guys.

It was a fine experience.

Easy to locate items. Especially helpful is Josh in the garden center. He used his Home Depot app to help find a location of items from another department. He located specific garden items and then helped me load my cart (which he ran out to bring in for me). Finally, after walking me through the check out line, he helped to load my car. Thanks, Josh!

This store is by far the best store I've been. It's fully stocked and everyone is nice, I highly recommend checking out with Yazbek. She's so friendly.

I usually always need help to find the product and an explanation of how to install, etc. The help is readily available.

Product availability was good..........but the customer service was fabulous. If it wasn't for her I might not have bought my washer and dryer. When I left.........I left feeling very confident that I had made all the right choices and bought the right items for our needs. I'm excited about my purchase. The price was good as well. No hidden costs, and everything was clearly explained..............We will be back. We want to redo our bathroom and kitchen and were given some really good ideas.............thanks Home Depot. I needed a new jackhammer. Jeff was very helpful in retrieving the equipment and helping me check out and load it.

If you need any advice on electrical see Craig. He was the most knowledgable and suggested other useful products for my home project. Definitely my "go to guy" at this store.

Ester over at customer service helped me with my transaction, she answered all my questions and made everything run smoothly! She was so friendly, just a joy to do business with!!

Craig in electrical helped with all our shoping needs. He explained how a product worked, had great knowledge where items are in the store; saved us money and a lot of time. personally took us to different areas of the store--OUTSTANDING.

I usually just shop in Garden. Last week I got a dozen bags of brown mulch on the sale. I am 73 and could lose help loading my Highlander. The clerk called for help, but no-one came. There were two checkout booths available and no line, so the sales clerk closed his booth and loaded my car for me. Good Job! I don't know his name, but it was the rounder one that regularly works in garden.

The store has very helpful associates and the cashiers are awesome!

I could not find an item, though one associate had graciously helped. He suggested I check with customer service to see if they had any ideas as to locating the item at another store. Customer service was not only able to locate the item at a nearby store, but called on a seasoned "searcher" and found the item in "the back". All associates were very personable and projected a positive vibe.
