As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

Our go to store for all home & garden purchases. From screws & bolts to fertilizer & paint. Never disappointed with inventory. Employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean. Shelves are neatly and fully stocked. Parking is plentiful and easy access. It seems as if we are shopping at this store at least once a week!

I'm always satisfied with my shopping experience at this Home Depot. They always have the shelves fully stocked and the store is kept clean and safe. I was especially pleased to see an item in their lighting department that I had seen advertised in social media. I was not expecting this, but I was happy to purchase the LED light for my garage without having to pay shipping costs.

This store keeps its shelves well-stocked at all times, and the number of items shown in the Home Depot app match those that I find when I visit the store. The check-out process is smooth, and they always have a row of shopping carts ready for use. I would ask that the floor associates get training on customer interactions, as I have sometimes found that I feel I'm interrupting their day if I have a question. Sometimes, floor associates also pass by without asking if I need help when it is clear from the time I'm spending to look for something that I could use help.

Awesome experience. Online showed I was not able to pick up cabinets for 2 weeks. Went in store to get exterior doors and the associate in doors went out of her way and out of her department and managed to located the cabinets in store that were showing out of stock. She was awesome!!!
