What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. The store was just opening and getting ready for the new day! Everyone was preparing his or her work area and always stopping to say hello as I passed. The place was ready for white glove inspection! Reminded me of my old Army days! Good group! Always enjoy shopping here.

Amazing customer service
Cory in the lumber department went absolutely above and beyond. He was professional, personable, and knew exactly what i needed, were to find it, and how much it would cost when i asked for it. Cory set the standard of customer service at the home depot for me. he definitely solidified my business there and i look forward to any interactions with this store and all its employees in the future. in addition i also had interactions with the paint department. though i forget his name the man that helped me also went above and beyond. he exemplified the standard that i would hope for and then some.

Pleasant Shopping Experience
Store was very clean. My interactions with the employees that served me while ordering my venetian blinds were so informative and helpful. I have always used Home Depot for my home improvements and will continue to do so. The personnel, prices and having items in stock is remarkable.

Outstanding and highly recommended individual named “CORY” for excellent customer service witnessed not only for my request but also for another customer. I understand working in retail and I dealing with upset and stressed out customers on a nearly daily basis can be a challenge. Iwas pleased to know Cory took control over the situation and did it with a SMILE. I have would highly recommend my friends and family to the store on Oracle because of Cory’s excellent customer service.
