It is very convent to me, generally the employees are courteous and helpful, especially Penny, she always has a smile, remembers who you are, and eager to help at the checkout.

The staff at the #1001 store are great. I used to work in the Home Depot stores in my area for one of the vendors and the Turlock store is the best in my opinion. Other stores had some good individuals in each of them but for overall staff, Turlock is the best.

Ryan in Customer Service did a great job helping me to the right website to do the survey. When I kept typing in Homedepot.com/survey it took me to knock off sites. He logged on to the computer and checked and said it should be a backward slash \ instead of the forward slash / that was listed on the receipt. I really appreciated that he took time to actually log in to help me do your survey!. Sure hope I win $5000

Yes I recommend the store if you want to deal with employees that don't know their butt from a hole in the ground.

Very friendly staff at his location. I came in with my husband to buy some items to fix around the house and was Che me out by your cashier Monique. I have to say she was so happy and was so talkative and actually made us feel very special. She made a very big impression on us and we will be returning to this location for the wonderful customer service.

Not about the Turlock store in particular but based on recent news reports, I congratulate the Home Depot Co. on its support for the Florida victims of hurricane Harvey.

I don't need to visit this type of store very often but today's shopping experience was pleasant. Aisle I was looking for was well labeled--easy to read. Associate who helped me at self checkout was very accommodating.

Customer service is terrible. Staff is not very knowledgeable.

The employees represent the store no matter what kind of prices or product you offer and the employees at this Home Depot don't care about anything at least not earning their wages. They are rude, lazy and and seem to think they should get paid to do whatever they want. Not to mention the isles being blocked off, this time 3 in a row were closed off. I wasn't sure if we were getting out!

I was desperately looking for mosaic tile that was sold out in ALL my local Stockton stores. When I called some of this locations I held for way to long with not to much info besides being sold out and not sure when there next shipment would arrive. Only one guys at the March lane location, Steven, was of more assistance attempting to call other locations for me as well. I wasn't able to stick around for him to call because I was on my lunch hour. When I called this location, I was greeted by Patricia which was friendly and helpful. She was willing to check floor and other location for tile I needed. She found and confirmed it was the correct tile before I drove from Stockton. Patricia was able to hold tile for me at the front desk. Thank you Patricia!
