I always have excellent service here. This store is always clean and organized and always have a friendly experience instead of being treated like another customer.

Jose' and Tom were awesome. They helped me load over 50 bags of topsoil in preparation for Hurricane Florence. When I was paying for the product, the cashier was not sure of the code for top soil. She asked Jose', and from memory, he knew the 10-12 digit code. That was cool! The staff know the products well if they can pull a code like this from memory. Great job Home Depot!

I went into Home Depot on 8/28/2018 with questions about a garage door opener and home window warranties. Jeremiah in Mill Works was "All That." He was: (1) Extremely friendly, (2) Very eager to answer my questions, (3) Really knew his product, (4) Stuck with me until I knew the product, and (5) Went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I will go back!

Worst visit ever!!! Shocked the way some of the employees behaved. Thankful for the 2 young ladies that tried to get a manager. But they couldnt be bothered! I can spend money elsewhere for that.

I was looking for a certain type of storm door I previously purchased years ago for my old house. I located the store associate and within two minutes he found what I wanted, started the write up and I was done within 12 minutes. All this at 4PM on a Monday evening. What a pleasant experience.

Store was clean; employees that assisted me and my friend were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for perennials flowers (flowers that comes back every year), but I didn't think it was a wide variety to choose from. Overall, we had a very good experience. Joe and a lady, in the Garden Dept., assisted me and my friend.

Balinda and Jade from the paint department were excellent! They went completely out of their way to assist me in locating an item that I just couldn’t find. Even though the item wasn’t actually in stock, they helped me find a different product so that I could leave with what I needed to get my project done! These are great members of the Home Depot team!
