The Valdosta, Ga store is fantastic! I have been shopping there since the first week it opened. The employees are always very helpful and the product selection is terrific. I enjoy every trip to this Home Depot.

I have found excellent help for all the areas of my project. Lighting, bathroom counter tops, faucets and even got personal service for some hinges.. Each department took time just for me and all had the answers to my questions. The cost was less than half of what Lowes quoted me for the exact same counters and plumbing services.

I go to this location at least once a week. I normally do not have issues, but today was different. I needed assistance finding an item. I passed multiple associates who were more concerned about talking about their boyfriends than contacting customers. Last time I was in the store I made my own key because the same thing happened. Customer service is going downhill fast at this location.

Very clean and friendly store. Has many items other stores do not and its always a good experience.

The store seemed to be very clean. Individual in the appliance department was very helpful (she took a 4000.00 sale from Lowes).

John, in the commercial sales end of the store, fixed the set-up of my commercial account for a pick-up later and had everything ready when the crew showed up.

Just purchased my double oven at Home Depot. Wow the customer service was outstanding! I was looking for something that was not on the showroom floor and the customer associate, Joey, found exactly what I was looking for. I got the no interest financing I was looking for and was in and out in no time. Also got my item price matched. Way to go Home Depot!!

Everyone is always helpful, courteous and friendly. We find lots of good prices at our Home Depot and tools that we like along with lots of other things. The store is always clean and we just like to sometimes go in there and look around and get ideas or look for certain items to get prices for future purchase.

Home Depot is having such great Black Friday deals on all appliances. We will certainly be going back before the sell is over to purchase a couple of more appliances.

The store was neat. There were no carts clogging the aisles and blocking the racks. Employees were willing to help, not just me but other customers too.

Visit this store frequently. I find the associates helpful and knowledgeable. Wish we had one a little closer to our side of town.

They always have fast friendly knowledgeable help compared to other repair stores in our area, and we like that we learned about tiling just by walking in while they were doing a class in the carpet and tile area.

Everyone was polite! Employees asked me if I needed help wherever I ran into one. I ended up buying a dishwasher which was much better than the one in Lowes. My purchased was even better at Home Depot because it was a newer model, and the price was even lower than Lowes. No hidden costs and even the employee was straight up with all costs!

Hard to get employees to help you at this store. I walked around looking in that store for an hour and not the first employee asked me if I needed help.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at the Valdosta Home Depot. The sales associate went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase a refrigerator and stove. She even came in on her day off to assist us.

Friendly staff throughout the store, eager to help customers. Cashier assisted me at self-checkout, during which I presented my military ID card for discount; she was very pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, she was aware I am a police officer. She thanked me, sincerely, for not only for my military service, but also for being a police officer, and told me to “be careful.” It meant more than she could know.
