Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Vallejo store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Items are easy to find

I bought a window and once it was installed it didn’t work and the track fell off. I had no problem returning the item and happy there was another one in stock.

not a good experience

I had a gift card I wanted to use. The cashier found that it had a zero balance; I had never used it. I know she was busy, but she had nothing for me except a shrug. Surely there was something she could have offered, a phone number to call, perhaps, that would have helped me feel less like HD doesn't support its customers.
