I found what I came for. That's the important thing. I don't need an overly friendly sales person to show me a good time.

Joe in the Paint Department was extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous. He assisted me not only with selection of my paints, but also showed me where hardware items were located and assisted me with selection of the correct product. His excellent help alone caused me to select this Home Depot as my 'go to store' for home improvement items, even thought I live closer to a Lowes and an Ace Hardware.

I was able to find what I was looking for and when I had questions the associate was very helpful!

Jeff in D26 was very patient & helpful!! He took the time to understand my questions/concerns. He visually showed me how the pipes should be connect while explaining it to me. Jeff, thanks for taking to time to help. Be Blessed. Also, there was another Gentlemen (I didn't get his name because he was going on break) asked me if I needed help finding something. He then directed me to the plumbing aisle. I had a great experience at the VH store. Keep up the good work!!

I had been looking for a specific drain opener but didn't know what it was called, and had been unable to find it anywhere. All I knew was that it's in a black bottle in a bag. I figured if someone just pointed me to the drain openers, I'd search for it. I asked the man at the service desk where Liquid Plumber is. He told me then said, "But I recommend the one in the black bottle in the bag. It's called Hair and Grease and is in aisle 30. That doesn't sound like much, but I had gotten frustrated trying to find it and he knew exactly what I was looking for.

This store has very friendly associates! Also, it has, I believe, one of the Best All Time persons working in the electrical & light bulb sections! I wish I knew his name, but he is a licensed electrician and knows his stuff! He stays current on his trade! And does he know light bulbs! You have a question, he knows the answer!

Has almost everything you need for your home, and helpful people to guide you

I always find what I need with the help of the associates.

The cashier, Jodi was extremely friendly and made the checkout process super fun! A nice man named Gerold and a woman named Lisa helped out a lot and made the shopping experience very comfortable and fun for me!

I shop here a lot and the associates are always there to help if I can't find something.

I came into the store to purchase items in electrical; however, many of the items I was unfamiliar with. I requested assistance and received it from Gerrick and Scott. They were wonderful! They took my list and guided me through the store to locate all the items. They were patient and kind and stayed with me until I had everything I needed. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. They both went above and beyond. I am very grateful!

The Home Depot employees here are always willing to help you find what you need, and the store is always clean and organized.

Gerold was very helpful to us finding the right lumber to use and cutting for us. He was very polite and professional. Jay at checkouts was also very professional and friendly.

Stopped in to find a replacement burner for my fireplace, after 20 minutes of aimlessly walking up and down the plumbing aisles and then in the lawn and garden section I was beginning to become frustrated. I could not find an associate for the life of me; when I found one there were actually 5 of them in the window/ door section talking, laughing, and standing around. I went up them and asked for help and was told he doesn't work in plumbing. This store appears to always be understaffed and no active management.

It was a fun experience and getting out of the store was a breeze. They checked me out at the service desk so I wouldn't have to wait.

Easy to find what I was looking for as there are large signs describing every aisle. There were employees available to answer questions in every department I visited.

It is so easy to shop here. There are always several associates offering to help you find what you are looking for. Sales merchandise is always in stock.

I was greeted immediately upon entering Home Depot. Sales associate asked if I needed assistance. I was able locate the item I was looking for with the assistance of the sales associate. I had some questions relating to the item I wanted so a sales associate was eager to answer questions. I ended up purchasing the item, got home installed the unit piece and it works beautifully. It was reassuring to know that if the item didn't work I could return it. The store was clean and organized. Thank You

Purchased light bulb that was hard to find at other places.

This store once had great pro desk employees who could help now that has changes in the wrong direction. You have a part time housewife and another guy who doesn't know the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver. Thanks for the help bye bye

I know this store well so I very seldom need help but there is always someone around to ask if I do need assistance. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I shop here a lot and it is my favorite got to home improvement store.

Bad store to order online,pickup at store! Order placed at 12:33 PM , a single garbage disposal was not pulled at 4:00 PM. What a SHAME

It was so easy to get into the store, get what I wanted and get out.

I love the Christmas tree I bought at the store! It's perfect shape and fragrance are so pleasing. I appreciate Jodi and the guys who helped me in the tree shop.
