Quick and easy needed a shower head was able to find what I wanted for a good price no lines went 45 mins before close

I found what I was looking for. Only disappointing thing was when I was in the aisle and needed help, an employee just walked passed us and didn't offer any help. Other than that, it was a good shopping experience.

Every visit to this location is always outstanding.......love this location all associates always offer to assist you....Elva and Robert in the flooring department were very helpful in my flooring purchase.thank you guys again

Albuquerque has several stores and the Cottonwood one and the Montano one are the best stocked and best knowledge staff. They are rarely out of stock. and have items the other stores may not. if you can't find it at the Ladera store (several miles south), Cottonwood has it.

since women are a strong source, offer special assistance/programs for them. assistance getting items home, contractors etc especially since they have less in vehicles as well as income resources.

I was greeted immediately from a store associate to assist me and he was professional and very knowledgeable in helping me select and purchase a Weber grill. The check out clerk was very friendly and helpful as well. A great experience from walking in the store to walking out!

I was very pleased with the help I received at the guest services desk. Delia and the other clerks were very nice and helpful. Delia was outstanding in helping me with returning an item I had previously had been helped with by another clerk who also was very helpful in ordering and item on line. However I had ordered the wrong thing and Delia helped me get it re-ordered and shipped to my home. She has a great personality and made my experience very good. I would recommend this Home Depot to others.

I purchased a leaf blower and when I returned home and read the instructions I discovered the I could not assemble the blower by myself. I phoned the store and they said that they would be happy to show me how to assemble the blower. I returned to the store and the associate demonstrated how to put on each part and then allowed me to put on and take off each part until I was comfortable doing so. I was not rushed!! Home Depot gets my BEST Customer Service award of 2015

I was pleased that the store asst manager knew exactly where a limited availability item (cork floor laminate underlay) was located when other employees were unaware of the item's existence. My online search revealed this was the only store in NM with the item I needed. She was very helpful!

Looked online for storage units for the garage before I went. Although they didn't have what I was looking for, I was able to find comparable items and was surprised at the changes I found visiting.

Very satisfied customer, I had a great experience. Very good customer service. I will recommend Home Depot. I saw the washer and dryer at Lowes, but I bought them at Home Depot. I will continue shopping there.

Each time I visit Home Depot at Coors I found what I need in material and help ... I bought a foreclosure house that needs a lot to do ... so every few days I was there and in each visit an associate was helping me in making the best decision whether flooring , painting , kitchen cabinets , pergola making , fence fixing and so on ... thank you guys .

HD had the perfect flooring we were looking for. it was organized well and placed by divider tile. We really liked that everything we needed to tile our floors was all within 3 aisles. We didn't have to search the store for all the different tools. We ordered online and so we could have the store get it ready for us. The staff was helpful, however it took over 40 minutes to get our order loaded. We had to remind the staff that we were waiting, but once we let know how long we were waiting, they were quick to address our concerns.

The store is always very clean. I find what I'm looking for most of the time. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, which I do frequently.
