Great experience working with Larry and Mike in the door division. Ordering a new front door is nerve wracking but these guys know what they are doing and were great to work with.

Taylor has to helpful back at the pro service area by lumber! I look forward to working with her again anytime!

Johnny in the tool rental will take good care of you and make sure you get what you need! He's an exceptional worker and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need!

Was shopping around for a new washer and dryer and the young man that worked with me was very knowledgeable about his products. He was very pleasant to deal with. It was a really good experience and I would really recommend shopping at the West Des Moines Home Depot!

BERKLEY & ETHAN WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFUL. WE NEEDED A PARTICULAR SHEPARD'S HOOK FOR A HOME PROJECT AND NONE WERE IN ITS SPOT ON THE SHELF, BUT ONLINE STATED THERE WERE SOME IN STOCK. BERKLEY FOUD THE OVERSTOCK. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS ON A HIGH SHELF UNDER SEVERAL OTHER BOXES OF PRODUCT. BERKLEY NEVER INDICATED IT WAS A PROBLEM, FETCHED ETHAN, AND TOGETHER THEY PULLED EVERYTHING DOWN FOR US TO PURCHASE A SINGLE, LONELY HOOK. BOTH GENTLEMEN ASSURED US IT WAS NO PROBLEM. nAiLeD iT.

Alec Acosta provided me with great service. I had just come from a competitor a few blocks away where I could not find anyone to help me and the products that I found on the shelf or far inferior to the ones at Home Depot. Alec asked me if there was anything he could do to help me find what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing some custom made window coverings. It also helped that they were on sale!Throughout the whole process he was extremely professional and helpful. I will recommend him to anyone else looking for flooring. I will be returning someday soon for carpeting.

Don and Staci were exceptional.

the folks in the countertop dept were not fully informed about the products they sell. We constantly received different info/instructions from them versus the contractors who were sent to do the work. They eventually made everything right but the entire experience was stressful and confusing. We received 2 new sinks and the extra one is still in my garage waiting for someone to pick it up. We had 3 previous flawless experiences with HD and your contractors (doors/windows, furnace, water heater), but this recent experience will make us think twice or more before we use HD again.

Associates are friendly and approachable. They smile and greet us as soon as we walk in the store.

Store is always in great shape, it was clean and organized. The staff was so helpful in making sure we were taken care off. I wish other stores could follow your way of customer care. I’ve never had a problem here nor have I ever seen an issue. Management is by far the best around. Perfect neighborhood hardware store. Thanks Home Depot.

This store is neat and clean and merchandise is available. When I need help, there is an employee close by. Checking out is simple. Many times, there is no waiting since self check out works well. Prices are acceptable and many times less than online shopping web pages. Price checking is a must. As a DIY, I'm often in the store and it's good to see what appears to be a low turnover of employees. Several employees have been at this store for a long time and means there is a high level of employee satisfaction which leads to good customer satisfaction.
