Great experience shopping & Breanna was very friendly.

There is staff walking around to assist you. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Only issue I have is that they take FOREVER to answer the phones or put you on hold forever. Some of the associates are rude.

Home Depot is our home improvement store. It is fairly close to us, they have everything we need when we need it, the employees are knowlegable and firendly/ Their prices are very reasonable too.

This review covers our fourth (4th) trip to this store to solve a prior purchase problem. Each time we have gone in, our contact person has not been in the store to assist us. S/he is not providing us with availability time(s) to resolve our matter on a receipt of about $60 USD. The hardware item I purchased seemed overpriced to me; however, if I had gone to that other vendor that features open bins and knowledgeable sales associates, I am certain I would have paid quite a bit more. Associates were nice, helpful, and attentive during our visit here this time around. We were able to garner materials we needed and then some. Half of our order was special order items at specific amounts (and we paid on split receipts to manage billing/recordation). For a store this size to manage such matters, it is pretty impressive. I have been in the home refurbishing business part-time for well over two decades and am familiar with all of the local stores as well as other secondary markets for specialized fittings, hardware, etc. Most have no idea about the volume or frequency of this work that I perform.

Sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and knew where it was located. He personally took me to where the item I was looking for was located, simplifying my purchase and saving me time. I also appreciated that what I was looking for was in stock and available at the store.

HOME DEPOT always my go to place for home projects and more! always a happy and clean experiences at The Home Depot.

I asked where the item was the employee knew and wE going to wAlk us but I told no need ..and sale said it's her pleasure to wAlk us. I smiled and said sure. Then keys were picked it and made then employee helped us with self check out.

Drove 80 miles to purchase a tool chest which this store only had. Arrived later in the evening and the staff was still very helpful, they found the item I was looking for. It happened to be located on the top shelf and required a fork lift to bring it down. The staff quickly found a forklift and had the pallet on the ground and ready for my inspection. The first chest was damaged so I inspected the second and sure enough found a perfect unit! Randy and another associate helped me re-package the un damaged tool chest. Randy was quick to re-secure the packaging for transport and he quickly took me over to his desk and finalized the purchase. He really made me feel valued and his assistance with my purchase was A+++ Randy's attitude and level of treatment re-affirmed the value of quality customer service within the industry that is rarely found. All and all this store was a bit out of our way but well worth the drive! Thanks Again to all whom assisted in making our purchase as painless and enjoyable as possible!

An associate was called to help me to my car with seven 40lb pellet bags and he showed up in less than 1 minute. I was very happy about that.

When I went into Home Depot I had a few questions on the appliance I was going to purchase. I was helped right away, the questions where answered, so from asking questions to purchase I was in the store for less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends!

Enjoy shopping at the Feather River Store. Great associates every time I need something they have helped me out. Like larry in the tool department, needed a special part they did not stock an he took the time to show me how to get it. so I did its on its way and I,m an now I can fnish my project THANKS again

We visited the Feather River Drive store this morning in search of an artificial Christmas tree that we looked at online. Marleen offered assistance immediately and answered all of our questions about the product. When my wife and I discussed white lights vs. colored lights, Marlene suggested some colored lights in addition to the tree that had white lights. Great add-on selling with no pressure. Marleen asked if we needed assistance with anything else. We asked Marleen about water filtration systems and she walked us to the area where those products are located. While on the way, another customer asked Marleen for assistance. She smiled and assured the customer that she would be back to assist them as soon as she was done assisting us. At no time did Marleen try to hurry us along so she could get to the waiting customer. I have been in sales and customer service for over thirty years. Our experience with Home Depot and Marleen reflects good training, strong employee selection, and a work environment where employees reflect to your customers that Home Depot is Good place to work.

The products are easy to find. Customer service are very nice.

Worst customer service at this store- from 815-9pm (closing) getting help is impossible unless you consider being repeatedly told by the overhead speakers that they will be closing in 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 more minutes and you pretty much better hurry up, help. Remember, they'll be open at 6am tomorrow? Because that's exactly what you're thinking after no one is around to help you and any visible associate walking by is clearly "busy" enough to keep walking but not "too busy" to bark out, "sir, we'll be closing in just a minute!!" RIGGGHT.

Went to buy a new washer and was helped right away by an associate. They helped me compare both prices and different products, even pulled up reviews online for me to look at. Very easy buying the washer, getting all the hoses that go with it, and also getting a warranty. Setting up delivery time was very simple as well, didn't have to wait but a few days and the delivery came on time. They set up everything for me!

The store cashier asked me if I needed help out and I said no. I thought I would have to wait too long for him. I wish I would have waited because the pellets were very heavy.

A store associate was immediately available to load pellet bags into my vehicle.
