Each tone I go into the store the employees are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcome without being over- bearing.

An employee greeted my daughter and me before entering the store. While shopping, I received assistance from an employee to select a bulb with the correct brightness. Lastly, I received assistance at the self-checkout. All gentlemen were friendly and respectful.

Different layout than most depots I've been to. Why would you have trade items in the back if you sell to tradesmen?? Did not have the electrical materials needed. Staff was friendly is about the best I can say about this store.

I bought a washer at the Home Depot in Wake Forest and had the most helpful sales person! AK was outstanding!!

Compared to the store located on Strickland in Raleigh, this particular store is very clean and well organized. Much better parking and loading goods purchased.

I bought a Weber transportable grill. I pick the heavy grill and put it on the shopping cart with no assistance. I also purchase 5 bags of white vigoro rocks, also heavy. I checked out no assistance.

It took 1 hour and 38 minutes to get my online order once I got to the store.

The store is well stocked and the people are friendly. Only problem is with their phone app. Needs a lot of work.

Had 3 employees all greet me and helped me find all that I was looking for. A very friendly store to shop in.

Had a lawnmower but not the one i wanted- no big deal. When I go to check out woman at register gave attitude from the moment I walked up to her register with nobody in line. Wouldn't let me enter my # for rewards & then gave attitude about pushing my cart forward so her lazy self could stay sitting at register. Will go to self check out if I ever return to this location due to the attitude from cashier.

Once I got help she was very friendly and helpful.

I needed a new refrigerator, there selection was good and the prices were also good.

Project is resurfacing my deck, stairs, walkway & dock with Composite and PVC. Been working with Georgie at the Wake Forest, NC location and thus far it’s been an excellent experience. HD saved me quite a bit on Timber Tech products versus other sources.

Products needed are most always available & check out is most always efficient

Just bought a refrigerator at the Wake Forest Home Depot. The staff there is outstanding!

I stopped by last night just before closing (around 9:40-45 pm) to just dash in and grab another garden bed. We've bought two and are adding more as we love the look! Unfortunately, despite the website saying there were 7 in stock at the same location where we'd bought two before, there were none there. Luckily I found a few employees who quickly went to work to locate them-on a pallet HIGH on a top rack. They worked together to get a lift and gates to block the aisle, and even called up front to let them know not to shut down the registers because they were helping me get my items. All were friendly and helpful despite being held over by helping me.

It does everything it says it will do❤️

I never have problems getting what I need to complete a project

I was frustrated because my electric mower’s battery has continuously degraded, and wanted to quickly purchase a gas powered mower. Kyland greeted me, and quickly helped me walk out of the store with a gas powered mower fully assembled. This young man is the epitome of Excellence in Customer Service!!!

Store manager Chris has always been kind and helpful.

Item we were seeking was not in stock and the Associate who helped us made sure we were guided to the service desk where we were able to order the item for home delivery. We received our 40 volt Ryobi Garden Tiller about a week later and all aspects of the purchase / delivery were A+.
