This Home Depot is just as bad as the one in Newburgh there is stock left in every aisle where you can’t walk dirt everywhere people are not friendly or professional. These are the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been in.

Not worth it, I’ll pay for shipping next time. Waited long, listened to the employee complain about her job and watched 3 employees help the return line before someone decided to acknowledge me.

I made an appointment with Jen in the kitchen design department. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and fun to work with. I highly recommend her! Very professional!!!

I was very pleased with the knowledge that Susan has in the door department. Susan helped me to understand how & what to look for when placing my order. I placed an order for an entry & a garage door. She informed me by ordering them at the same time would save me money.

Christina is always smiling when I see her at the cashier. I don’t know many by names but she stands out to me. Doesn't matter how long her line is or isn't, she seems very happy working and talking with customers

I tried to buy a mower. Got the HD run around. Asked to speak with a manager and was told "we don't have one". No wonder the store is a wreck, many out of stock items and associates that could care less what you do or where you shop.

I’ve never been so happy dealing with the store actually having employees that are knowledgeable. Kudos Home Depot doing a fine job in Middletown NY.

Employees at this store have always gone above & beyond to help me out with every project I have done. They’re extremely accommodating no matter how crazy my requests are with design, purchase or returns. I highly recommend this place for all your home improvement needs.

Whenever I shop at Middletown, NY Home Depot I am not disappointed : ) I actually like going there to shop because they have almost everything I need and they are very helpful if I can't find something.

Unfortunately had to purchase a new refrigerator. Went in later in the evening and still towards the end of a busy work day received exceptional service. We were able to buy and set up delivery with Tanya.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional during the the spent with me.

When I went with the family to buy supplies for bathroom pipes for plumbing and fixtures. We had a young lady who was an expert in this area. She was so knowledgeable I asked as another female has she been doing this work for years. She stated the training is amazing and Home Depot taught her. Good Jon home depot. You have a outstanding training program.

I stopped in this location to purchase a new propane grill. The sales staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Nick and Eddie were amazing and they helped me choose the write grill for my backyard patio!!!

Christina the cashier was very friendly and helpful upon check out. We appreciated her warm greeting and smile.

I stopped in to purchase a battery operated lawn mower. I was directed to lawn and garden and told to speak with Steve. Steve was able to confirm what I had read online about the different types and then helped me pick out the model. He went and grabbed a cart for me and loaded up the box that was least damaged. He then walked with me pushing the cart over to the pressure washers and helped me select one of those. On our way to the hoses and extension cords, he helped a customer get a bottle down from a high shelf. He stood with me through checkout and then helped me load it all in my car! Customer service at it's best! Please please please give this man a raise and have other employees take note...he made my day! Also......the mower is awesome!

I came to the store looking for various items and was greeted by a store associative who helped me find the item and suggested another product as well for my project that was needed.

I can say that I’m happy that Wallkill has such a great store. Every time I go in there they have what I want. We’ve used this location for our home improvements like the entire bathrooms, entire kitchen, all interior and exterior doors. Preparing to upgrade the flooring this year. Just keep up the great work

Barbara Nielsen is the consultant to go to for your renovation needs. She made it easy. She's knowledgeable, answers all of your questions, because she actually knows the answers and is a pleasure to speak to. She made heads or tails out of my drawings and measurements (I write with my feet), I'm sure she can do the same for you!

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot Store #1242 Middletown. I had a great experience!

We have been searching in stores and online for a backsplash to match our new countertop and the selection and quantity were impressive at HD in Wallkill, NY.

I’m very very satisfied with her like I appreciate her explaining us things because of theses things are new for me and she literally explained it perfect and I love it! Amazing work and if I was the boss I would’ve promoted her for the whole year because we need more people like her. She’s wonderful and I will definitely come back with her if I need things related to what she works and I will most definitely recommend her to my friends and family if they need anything that she works. She doubles check making sure everything is fine before prints it out, she circles things making it obvious to look at if incase we need to look back at it. Her vibe is so perfect like as soon as you ask her for your help you can feel she’s welcoming and kind and you just automatically know shes perfect if I need help!!
