I purchased a bucket of Furnace/Stove Cement. Once I got home and opened it I found it was not full. It was obvious someone had used about a quarter of the cement and resealed the bucket and returned it to HD where it made it back on the shelf for resale. Make sure items you purchase are not tampered with before you leave the store.

This store was not listed in a Google search I did at home. We currently live 45 minutes from anything, so I was quite happy to find this store, which was very close to the mall my wife and I wanted to visit. The store was clean and well organized, albeit somewhat different from HD stores in NC. Your associates were friendly and knowledgeable and quite helpful.

The Wappingerfalls, store has great staff like Jasmin, Jean , Electrical and lumber are very helpful to the customers. Now flooring staff need to get motivated and get up out chairs to were the flooring items are such as ceramic tiles , laminate flooring and answer question and share ideas related to flooring. Flooring dept has an older employee who doesn't care about helping customers.

Horrible customer service - if you go here look to be ignored or treated as a nuisance.

The sales associates were very helpful. They answered every question we had. They told us about all of our options, and worked to provide us with the best option. They did not rush us through. They were very polite and kind. They also worked hard to provide us with the best product. The box on the shelf appeared to have been opened, so they went to the back to find us another box, and they were successful! Our concerns mattered to them.

The employees I dealt with went out of their way to help me when I was purchasing g roofing materials.

Got a lot of help from Jerry in the paint dept. A lot of times, employees make you feel as if you're putting them out. Not Jerry! He got off his ladder and was happy to help me match my paint chip. I also got help putting the bags of salt in my car. Great service! Thanks!!

I can shop slow or as fast as I want. The sales people will help me with any questions or problems I Have.

My daughter went to pick up an online order- window air conditioner. They handed it off to her in a regular shopping cart and did not offer her help

I go here because it convenient for me but the service is terrible, specially when you order for delivery, they always missing your items or they give you wrong items , they never return call like they said .

The moment you enter you are greeted by a friendly faced employee of Home Depot. This experience was especially good due to the fact that the employee, Josh, walked with us to our destination and made sure we got what we wanted and we were satisfied before walking us to the check out and wishing us well.... Excellent and thanks again Josh. Store is well organized and always clean....

First Saturday every month, employee, DJ, leads the Kid Work Shops to perfection. His friendly, helpful female assistant whose name escapes me at this moment is fantastic, too! THANK YOU! Home Depot for this wonderful, fun experience for our grandchildren.

my problem with this store is that the garbage from their parking lot blows across the streets and comes to rest in a wooded area and is an eyesore. the grassy area on the side of the store generally is full of litter also.

We had defective flooring that we worked with all day and couldn't make it work so we pulled it up and returned it to the Fishkill store. They took the return no problem, but we couldn't find anything in the store to replace it with and didn't want the same product. We went to Wappingers frustrated and defeated trying to decide what to do next. Two employees Ralph and Jessica, saw our frustration. They worked with us to pick a product, loaded 12 heavy boxes on a cart for us, took us to the pro desk to check out and loaded the product in the car. It was pouring rain! The entire staff that we encountered at Wappingers, couldn't have been more helpful. They truly turned a frustrating day into a good day. Congrats Wappingers on a wonderful staff!!!!!! Thank you Ralph and Jessica and the whole staff - wish I got all your names!
