Scott was very helpful and didn't rush us when we were in the Warrenton store to order doors for our home. This was not our first transaction with him and he's always been courteous.

the store has improved since it was first built here and the employees are better trained to help the public if they need help. More products are being introduced and the return policy is awesome. I keep seeing improvement each year.

the staff is great but whoever is running the store has things at double price what the website lists a great example of this is the temporary wallpaper. $30 online and $60 in store with same SKU and product number.

Always find what I am looking for to do home repairs. HD usually has it and it is easily locatable in the store. HD employee in plumbing was nice, friendly and helped me locate what I needed. He even went as far to look up on HD website to assist me for comparison price parts.. This store was very clean and employees are always very helpful to me.. .

I have found the Warrenton Oregon The Home Depot to be the very best I have ever shopped; and, I have shopped many Home Depot stores from New York to Oklahoma to Oregon. This particular store is very well organized, super clean, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. For example, a staff member helped me locate an item for a home project, and he asked if this was for a long term fix. I said no. He then made an alternate recommendation and I was able to make an informed decision. Great job!

Have been a customer of Home Depot for years and during that time have spent thousands of dollars especially during a time when I was building my own home. I have no complaints regarding materials/prices or employees. However I recently had a negative experience people should be aware of. Having purchased an Echo chainsaw there when it needed a repair I naturally thought of utilizing their repair offerings. Checking the procedures it was noted that repairs could take up to six weeks maximum. The reality was that it took over 3 months for the saw to be returned. In all fairness the work was excellent however 3 months turnaround was somewhat ridiculous . if you are in need of any tool you leave at Home depot for repair don't expect prompt service.

Overall this is an amazing store and Hardware shopping experience EXCEPT THE CUSTOMER SERVICR DESK! Most times once I finally get someone to help they ARE AMAZING but my last trip there 8/25/19 I along with others waited 30+ minutes for a Service REP to simply get my item that had arrived for pickup. They NEVER ONCE LOOKED UP TO SAY WE ACKNOWLEDGE YOU ARE HERE AND WILL BE WITH YOU IN A BIT....... Terrible customer service protocol
