This H-D is a wonderful friendless store to shop at . Employee and manager go out of their way to offer great customer service to everyone always! Always happy always helpful. Great prices on things we always shop for. Totally crossed Lowe’s off our list for rude employees and horrible customer service . At this Home Depot Alway find great quality Lumber at fair price . And inventory always has been adequate for a needs.

Called in an order for 2K+. Sales agent failed to mark mower as SOLD. Mower sold to another person the next day. My card was charged. Delivery date kept changing. Then told it was backordered. Never told that it had been sold by MISTAKE. Wouldn't comp me to pick one up at another store.

TJ was a great! He helped us find the best deal for the appliances we need. He was very personable and knowledgeable!

Nice overall home improvement store. Has a majority of you need. Sales staff and customer service is good. Short staffed at times. Online shopping is an option if you cannot find items in store.

Always a great place to shop Clean and people are great to talk with on my trip

My husband and I went in to purchase a washer/dryer. There was no one working in that area. We found what we wanted and went in search of someone to help. I asked a worker on another aisle if he could call for someone. He tried but no one came. After seeing numerous employees walking around that offered no assistance we went to Customer Service. After waiting a good while, someone came and found a nice lady to help us. The delivery was 3 weeks out and they didn't have the dryer that went with the washer on the floor for us to see. We went to another competitor who matched the price, will be delivered in 3 days and they met us as soon as we entered the appliance section.

Bought a zero turn mower... was told soonest delivery two weeks later. Waited until that day... never showed up. Called and they had forgotten to schedule delivery. Now we have to wait another 2 weeks.

We purchased countertops at the Home Depot in Waynesboro, VA for our kitchen and bathrooms, and were Extremely Satisfied with the professional advice and expert assistance we received from the Kitchen Designer, Barb Santmire, in making our final decision on the countertop material and design and placing our order.

Very good store! They like to help you, especially with helping load the car for our older folks!

This store is my preferred store for home repair and decorating needs This store always has what I am looking for in stock. I can shop or browse in peace, but there is always someone available to help me if I have questions or needs something cut to size.

I ordered custom cordless blinds from this store and paid for installation. Picked up and installed blinds myself, was only refunded part of the installation fee. Some blinds have cords. I am missing 1 blind and 3 are the wrong size. I have called 4 times to get correct blinds and full refund. No one has returned my call.

Logan was extremely helpful in helping us find the part we needed. He even walked us straight to the item we needed. So much better than just being told to look in a certain aisle.

It was a long drive to be treated rudely by the sales person in the appliance department. He acted like I was bothering him and he wanted me to figure out the answers to my own questions. I have three competitors to Home Depot within minutes from my house and I drove 45 miles to shop at Home Depot. I entered the store in a great mood and I left the store feeling really unhappy. This was a big disappointment today for me. A really bad shopping experience.

The customer service at this store goes above and beyond anything we have experienced. Our Frigidaire freezer stopped working after only 9 months and Paul Ingham helped us navigate the process of replacing our freezer that could not be fixed due to lack of parts. We appreciate everything he did to help us. We shop at this Home Depot all the time!

I found several items that had wider selection than I expected. I needed a circuit breaker finder/tracer and expected to be disappointed but there were three different models to choose from, as well as a high end version for commercial use. Each had blister packs with excellent details which made it easy to compare. I bought a mid-range version and very happy with it for my home use. I also needed an oven lamp for an older range. I found several wattages which surprised me because it is an old halogen design and I really was hopeful to have anything in stock, let alone a choice. This was a good day!
