Of all the HDs we know and have visited over the years - this one is by far the best. If you go there -- find Julio, an outstanding sales associate with great knowledge in every department.

The employees at this store go out of their way to make sure you have what you came for. They are extremely friendly.

I went to buy a shower door. First I did find helper to locate what I needed. But failed to tell me what I needed to buy with the door to put together. So had to come back the next day to buy the rest of the door. I was helped in the department and what to buy at that time and was helped at the information desk who helped me with the inconvenience. She was Mary Dawe and I appreciate her understanding

The sales person didn't have all the answers, but tried her best and referred us to a sales associate with lots of knowledge.

Love this store. They have everything I need and are so willing to help you find your items. Always buy my flowers from the garden shop and they last all summer and fall.

Aaliyah, the cashier in the garden area today, May 15th, was very pleasant. She treated us with respect, was very polite, and made us feel like true customers...not just like the next person in line. Her positive attitude literally made our day! Thanks Aaliyah! Keep that awesome personality!!

I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. ORDERED A PRODUCT AND AFTER A WEEK I WAS TOLD THAT UPS SCANNED THE PRODUCT IN BUT NEVER PUT THE PRODUCT ON THE TRUCK. I FOLLOWED THE PRODUCT ON UPS'S WEBSITE.

Great place to shop with a wide variety of items. Friendly staff addresses needs in a quick fashion. Prices are very competitive most of the time.

I purchased a new sink and toilet that had to be special ordered. The day they arrived I recieved a phone call that my order arrived. Went to go pick up and noticed that the toilet bowl was missing. The employee went back to see if it was back in the stock room. She came back and told us the toilet bowl was broke. She said they are unable to re order as the item is out of stock. Just so happens this item was one of their special buy deals. She then suggested getting different toilet. Why would I do that? I want matching sink and toilet. Why did'nt they tell me over the phone it arrived broke and saved me a trip comming all that way only to be disappointed. This set was supposed to be for my dream bathroom. On top of it now I'm going to be weeks behind on getting my bathroom done.
