The other day I went to home depot to get myself a mop since the one I had was no longer useful. Since I got tired of using the same brand, I decided to ask one of the service desk employees if they could help or recommend one that would suit my needs. This wonderful girl by the name of Cristina took the time to look over the different mops home depot carried with me. The O-Cedar EasyWring mop was one the choices she highly recommended and since it was at a good price, I decided to purchase it! Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the purchase and very happy with the customer service I received! Highly recommend!

Ron is unknowledgeable, rude, unfriendly, gets irritated by customer questions.

I went into the store in Aurora and was greeted by a young lady in a Halloween costume at the service desk, her name was Tiffany! She was so bubbly and helped me work through finding out how to problem solve my garage remote control.

I clearly stated that the model number on an ad I saw online was the same as in the store but online showed a sale. Associate kept trying to tell me I was wrong.

Working on a kitchen remodel and Val was so helpful, listening to my ideas and suggesting features I hadn't considered. Very attentive.

The employees Chris & John in the appliance department & the appliance Manager Chris, were very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful in helping us way out the differences in two different brands we had decided on when our refrigerator totally stopped working. While we were completing our purchase order for our refrigerator, we were delighted to hear Chris the Manager ask if we would like a loaner refrigerator while we awaited delivery. Living out of 5 coolers for the past 10 days at $5 a bag of ice, this made us so happy! If you purchase 3 appliances you get an additional 5% off, & if you purchase 4 appliances, you get 10% off. After price shopping every possible appliance store, Home Depot outpriced everyone and we purchased not only a refrigerator, but also a oven range, dishwasher & above range microwave! Thank you for a wonderful, non stressful experience John, Fred & Chris in the appliance dpt at West Aurora Home Depot! Stop in on Sunday's & have some of Fred's homemade goodies! The chocolate chip cookies were delicious Fred! Thank you & God Bless you for your great service exceeding our expectations!

IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE THIS AURORA LOCATION YOUR HOME DEPOT STORE YET, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. THIS STORE IS THE BEST. THE MANAGER DAN IS ON POINT ALL THE TIME AND WILL HELP ANYONE HE CAN TO GET THEM WHAT THEY NEED.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly

This particular store defies the negative stereotype of the “Big Box” store. Every single staff member greeted me as I walked through the store… They either offered their assistance or gave me the opportunity to ask for help if I needed it.

Our unwillingness to accept an additional $250 charge for a second installation crew has resulted in our order being cancelled after waiting a month. Overall, this process was a horrible experience. The only positive was the employee that came out to measure was very polite, thorough, and professional. We will be going elsewhere for countertops.

Toney was fantastic in verifying there was product in stock in the store for us over the phone, holding it for us on the short trip there and having it ready and waiting when we came down the plumbing aisle. After some wonderful conversation, he escorted us to check-out where we met cashier Barbara D, who was a joy and then Toney rolled our upright freezer out to our car and Angel helped him load it in. Great shopping experience, knowledgeable associates, good prices. That's why we will come back to our neighborhood Home Depot!

Carlos at the commercial desk is incompetent, rude, not someone to represent Home Depot.

Fred in appliances is a great man and loves his customers! How many people give their customers homemade cookies? Not many if any! You have a special man working for you. God bless Fred! Give him a raise!

What separates this store from others is the excellent customer service that you will receive on a consistent basis. I have shopped at this store since it opened and the reason is because when I go in there there's always someone to help me with what I need.
