I would not advise using the HVAC installation services from this Home Depot. Great equipment options and reasonably priced but the installation group had poor quality of workmanship when installing. When complaining to the company about the work a field supervisor scheduled to come to see the issues and try to fix the issues. My breaking point came when he said if he couldn’t get it fixed right then he would seal it up with caulk, which was one of my primary complaints to start. When he had me look over at the end and I saw all the caulking again he stated that he couldn’t do it right because it should have been done right during the installation before the lines were installed and brazed to the A coil. The items he could redo on one of the sheet metal panels that was originally installed backwards was done very well but the one panel that has holes where air was originally just blowing out of because of the gaps left was not able to be done, as he said, because it should have been done right during installation. Quite frustrating to hear someone who is there to fix the issues say that they couldn’t because it should have been done that way during installation. Also, the line set was short so it couldn’t be strapped back to the joists like it was originally before they did the work. Frustrating because on the quote it said that they would either reuse OR replace the line set and before the installation date I asked the sales rep if they could just replace the line set but he said it wasn’t quoted to replace the line set (even though their paperwork said it clearly on the quote that it was to either reuse OR replace). Don’t want to risk breaking the line or any of the caulked seals by forcefully pushing the line set to the joists just to try and strap them myself, should have been done by the installer and when not, the supervisor should have done this when I pointed it out to him and he said he would get it strapped. Overall, been a loyal Home Depot shopper for decades. Been going to this Home Depot since it was built over a couple decades ago, but this effort was by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with Home Depot (but it was not directly with them).

I purchased a great top loaded HE washing machine with great technical and commercial advice and execution of Home Depot.

I entered the store with a large list of items to purchase given to me by my contractor. I had added the items to my online account so that I could see the location of these items in store. The site was too slow to load in store, and I was lost. Employee Brett came to my rescue and helped me shop a 36 item list. He was enthusiastic and never spoke down to me. I would gladly shop this location again because of Brett. Customer service isn't what it used to be, but Brett went above and beyond. Thank you Brett, for saving my day!

Our first stop was the Hamilton location. After they refused to pull a pallet of flooring we needed we called the west Chester location and spoke to Tara who quickly started assisting us and got the pallet ready to be pulled before we could even leave the hamilton location. After hamilton employees were nasty and rude to us we tried speaking to the manager whose name may have been Reese. He wasn't helpful to the situation in the store and started gaslighting us. He was angered when he found out we were going to another store to pick up the products that were clearly in stock at his store. The lady working at the customer service counter couldn't believe he'd behaved in such a way and gave me the number to his manager. We went right over to the west Chester location where they had our pallet of pergo outlast ready to go. They were friendly and directed us to the trim area. They treated us with respect and earned us as lifetime customers even though it's not the closest store to us. Tara was amazing and has the greatest customer service skills I've ever seen for a big box store!

Tara is such an amazing awesome young lady. Hard worker that loves her job and that cares. I will only go to this location due to Tara going that extra mile

They always seem friendly and helpful

I was really glad to learn Home Depot had the hood vent. I was looking for. A friend of mine has the same vent and it’s very quiet compared to other ones I’ve heard so I just bought it recently and I will have to find out in the very near future how good it will be.
