This store does have some wonderful, friendly employees who are happy to help and I enjoy speaking with those that are. Unfortunately, they aren't all this way and those that aren't keep me from going to this store for all of my needs. They also bring the overall store rating low. If I see one of the unfriendly employees I will not ask for help. I will leave and go to a competitor.

It was nice to have not one but two clerks approach us to help answer questions we didn't have to go looking for someone also both were knowledgeable about lawn mowers .

We go to this Home Depot a lot since it is the closest to our house. Over the years we have done a few projects in our home and we find the sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They can always answer our questions and help us find the best materials for the project. I love this Home Depot. We use their garden center a lot as well.

The home depot in cleveland, Ohio is right around the corner from me. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to. The staff is always a good time! They always have what I need and if I have any questions the staff always helps me learn about the project i have at hand. I went in the other day to get advice on how to do my trim at home. A gentleman near the power tools personally walked me through the whole store to show me each item I would need to complete the job. Love the 117th Home Depot!

My family has shopped at Home Depot for many years and we consider each time rewarding. We've purchased several products and we've rented equipment, etc. The employees and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The standards we look for in customer service are normally very good. There is a willingness to assist that goes a long way in the Home Depot shopping experience. The deals and sales are also very good. Our friends have commented on a recent major appliance purchase which they are very happy with. The store is always neat and clean and there are many very good selections.

I've been a frequenter of Home Depot for many years. The service and products never disappoint me. I really like the personal attention the staff give me. The plumbers, electricians and painters always teach me more than I would find on the internet for my specific need. Go Home Depot!

Store is close to home, and it has everything I would ever need to do my projects, home improvement or otherwise. Associates are always available and eager to assist. The store is well organized and clean. The self checkout is expedient. Never have to wait for a checkout clerk.

I like this store because the staff seems very knowledgeable, very, very helpful and friendly. Store location is very convenient and the early store hours are very appealing for my busy schedule.

I am sad that I was not offered the opportunity to open a credit card with you and save me $25.00. It certainly would have been a great benefit to me, if I was accepted as a card holder at Home Depot.... Thank you....

Not the best Home Depot location but for being so close to Cleveland it's very good. Can be difficult to find free employees occasionally but order pickups are smooth.

The employees at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable . They go out of their way to help , just like the corner Hardware store we had growing up.

Seems like this store is smaller than other HD in NE Ohio. Seems cramped or not well organized.

This Home Depot has everything that you would need for your home! Great prices, a lot of variety of items, and the employees go above and beyond to help you anyway they can. I have checked other places and this is the best all the way around.

They have blocked off the closest parking spaces to reserve them for their rental trucks. And now, Penske box trucks seem to be multiplying and taking up even more space. It's incredibly aggravating having to park between two huge box trucks and then trying to pull out in a busy lot. Additionally, their stock of the highest demand items is practically non-existent (air conditioners being one such example) except for, of course, the most expensive models.

I always get asked if I need help and when I do they personally walk me to that area! The guys who measure and cut wood pieces that I need are always very nice and efficient! the 117th Home Depot is my favorite one!
