I truely enjoy coming to the HD store in West Covina. I usually visit the store on the weekend. I normally shop in the garden section. Love browsing through the wide selection plants and compost and the items are always available when I needed the most. Also, the customer service at the check out is great. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great location. Thank you.

Shanel gave great customer service.. i was doing a item return of a door related item so going in i was a little upset having to make a return but Shanel right away brightened my day with her kindness & helpfulness.. she made the return process easy with no hassle & offered to help me personally find a product that better suited my needs.. i would return to this store just because of the pleasant experience i encountered with the Shanels assistance.. if i had to rate her customer service 10 being the highest i would give her a 15...

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT FOR OVER 30 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER FAILED TO RECEIVE KNOWLEGABLE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY ASSISTANCE. THAT INCLUDES STAFF ON THE FLOOR, RETURNS, CHECKOUT AND SPECIAL PURCHASES.

We went in to browse the 41 inch husky tool chest cabinet. When Rudy asked if we needed help. We told him that we were interested in the Tool chest and he showed us the upgraded model which is 52 inch version. I was impressed! it was bigger and a better value! at $539.00 the original price was $599.00 He said it was the last one / great deal and we should buy it. We agreed! Only thing was that we did not have our truck with us. By the time the truck arrived it was well over closing time. They were very nice about waiting outside until it arrived and helped us load the truck and even tied it down for us. Rudy, Joe, Franco and another associate helped us. Service was Amazing! They make a very good team!

Every time I go in to buy anything from plants to light bulbs, there is always plenty of items in stock. It's close to home and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

For the most i know the product line location because i go right to its location and dont have time to look for someone that is not all that knowledgeable. Wast of my time. The Lady! That helpchexk me out remembered me from a large transaction and was not only helpfull but very receptive in helping me with any additional or future puchases. She really did great. Thank you.

When I got to checkout to purchase my items, one of the associates ran up to me and just started helping me checkout without me even asking. I thought that was great especially since it was a self checkout. She didn't even hesitate. She said it was her pleasure. How professional was that?
