Awesome customer service eventhough some customer can be a little rude

I went into the store to purchase several major appliances I had to go by myself and without my husband, who I depend on for advice on buying appliances. I was so excited and happy when I walked out because I had the best team in the appliance unit that assisted me every step of the way. This store is amazing and the staff from the front desk to the appliance to anywhere that I walked was amazing and attentive.

I really love this store. They have the best employees always ready to assist.

THE WEST DADE HOME DEPOT IS A GREAT STORE. I USUALLY FIND THE ITEMS I'M LOOKING FOR OR A GOOD ALTERNATIVE. THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME FIND THE PRODUCTS THAT I NEED FOR MY PROJECTS. IT'S A STORE THAT'S KEPT CLEAN AND ORDERLY. I RECOMMEND IT AND VISIT IT FREQUENTLY.

The store was clean, the associates were very friendly and helpful and i found all the thing that ai need for my project...my tiny bath. Thank Home Depot!!!

3 Stars only because I felt that not all employees want to help. There was a lady in the lights and bulbs section that did not even reply to me when I said thanks. She just kept working like I was nothing. The cashier was really friendly. Some employees are nice some others are horrible.

Easy to find what i need

I had stopped shopping at the store because I could never find anyone to help me and if and when I did they never knew what they were talking about are they just referred me to somebody else . Today I came in and was pleasantly surprised.I had bought a washer dryer and it had been delivered the day before I was having problems with it . A Supervisor in the appliance department by the name of Guillermo Zincke helped me and I was able to resolve the problem without returning the washer .His helpfulness and Positive attitude were exceptional he proved to be industrious cooperative and trustworthy.He is a credit to your store and Home Depot his helpfulness and positive attitude were exceptional. Clean and friendly

The store could be a bit more organized and more personnel are needed. However, many of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically, at the Pro Desk, the employees are very helpful and take the time to get your order right. One employee, Vivian, is extremely helpful!! La tienda pudiera tener un poco mas de organizacion en la mercancia y mas empleados en departamentos como el de pintura. Muchos de los empleados si saben sobre el producto que buscas. Son bastantes respetuosos. El mejor departamento es el del PRO Desk. Los empleados de ahi todos son muy eficaces. Esepecificamente, una empleada, Vivian, es muy paciente y muy atenta.

One of the worst experiences I had while checking out in any retail chains, Patricia was rude, had attitude, talked back and had complete disregard for customers time.

The worst time to visit the store on friday is at 9:00 pm . store isles are cluttered with freight on pallets . Good luck finding help lots of employes working with out aprons , so you dont know who to ask for help. I hear this a lot ( Hello can someone help me here in this department ? Answer - HD Employee = yes let me call you someone from that department and walks away .

I love homedepot not only for the great prices but mostly for the customer service quality, especially since I met Margarita. This is the 2nd time I’ve been helped by her and , once again, she went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable.

The store was clean and most employees are great and very helpful. However, my wife and I had a bad experience due to an employee name Karelyn. We tried to explain to her what our contractor needed and she refused to help.

Don't shop at this store! Employees are the worst I have met in any hardware store. Instead of helping they look the other way or try to hide. The store is dirty, some isles are impossible to walk due to ladders and merchandise on your way. The flooring department is a mess, you can't walk through due to piles of tiles everywhere. There should be an option to rate the store "0" (zero)!
