I was looking for a carpet to match the existing carpet that I bought 6 years ago, and I found it on first stop at the carpet area. the sore clerk was so helpful to explain every thing to me. I was out of there in 15 minutes, except i had looked for two more items that I need that day.

Store was clean and well-lit. When available, most associates are polite and helpful.

They always have whatever I need for my home repair needs. If I can't find what I need there is always a friendly home depot associate nearby to help. I'm always in and out in no time.

Found what we needed on homedepot.com - associate looked product up for us and arranged purchase and delivery. Easy-peasey.

I visited the store to buy a sink. The display was up so high I couldn't read all the signage. I requested the help of an associate and had two within 5 minutes. Edwin and David were great. They got a forklift and brought down boxes of Kohler sinks. None of them looked like the sink on display. They took the fork;lift over to the display and were able to see that the display had a Glacier Bay sink in a display labeled Kohler. These guys were great. Friendly and Professional. Even offered to carry my sink to the cash register. Your employees make the store and these guys did a great job representing the company

THIS IS NOT MY USUAL HOME DEPOT - BUT THE CUSTOM COLOR MACHINE WAS DOWN AT MY REGULAR STORE - THEY SUGGESTED I GO TO THE WEST HILLS LOCATION - IT WAS LATE ALMOST CLOSING TIME BUT THE YOUNG WOMAN IN THE PAINT SECTION WAS SUPER NICE AND DID NOT RUSH ME AT ALL. I TOLD HER THE LAST TIME I HAD PAINT CUSTOM COLOR MIXED - IT DID NOT MATCH AT ALL (AND YOU CAN'T RETURN THE PAINT) SO SHE SAID - "NO WORRIES I WILL SHOW YOU HOW IT MATCHES AFTER I MIX IT" SO - SHE MIXED IT AND THEN PAINTED ON A PART OF MY SAMPLE AND IT WAS A PERFECT MATCH! - GREAT GREAT JOB AND SERVICE - ESPECIALLY 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE CLOSING!

Experience was great. Abel took care of me. I just wish the system for the floor and carpets did not go off in the middle of my transaction and representative did not received support from manager after representative called for assistance. The following day, I called and the morning manager make sure that the transaction was executed and appointment assigned for my house estimate visit.

I frequently shop here and have gotten to where I don't usually ask the associates for help either with location of items or how to use something because they are not ex tradesmen or have been educated in thier department.

Julio at the exterior door dept is very good in explaining the product with good customer service and marina is also very good in helping us to trade in our old x'mas light and she is very helpful

The people working here are really nice and they decorated for Xmas with Star Wars. Can't get much better than that. I like going here better than the other one in Woodland Hills because it's less crowded.

This is the Home Depot close to my home and place of business, it is always clean and stocked well. I am in there everyday and sometimes more than that. I know the floor plan well and can locate what ever I need very quickly. The help is always there when needed.
