I'm there almost every day and The guys over ProDesk es[ecially Frank Molino are amazing to work with. Always good customer service and great attitude. Never leave a customer with out answer and always be there for you when you need it. Wem/Supreme Kitchens

The people who should be recognized for e ceptionsl service are as follow: Nicky, cashier,Nat in returns and Brian from the electrical department. Also from the Neptune store Lisa service desk and Fred from electrical, who retrieved the item from stock. All worthy employees.

I have been going to west long branch store since 2006 and have always had good experiences. as well as always found what I need.

Parking is free and plentiful. Employees are happy, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and available.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Fair prices and a huge choice of merchandise. My only complaint is that the advertised $19 truck rental is only good for 75 minutes. I live less than 6 miles away from my store and, after loading at the store and unloading at home, it's near impossible to make it back before having to pay additional charges.

Each employee I interacted with were patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Store clean and organized.

This Home Depot had ample parking, super helpful staff and easy to locate items. Super honest staff. I actually lost $200 and one of the staff found it, turned it in and back to me. This doesn't happen a lot in life which compelled me to write a stellar review.

Jacky in Customer Service was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. This kind of excellend service makes me look forward to continue coming to this Home Depot branch.

Perhaps I am biased in that the West Long Branch Home Depot is the first Home Depot I was in. It was closest to my house. I have since moved and there are at least two Home Depot stores that are closer to where I live now. I still find that the West Long Branch location is my favorite. It is well stocked, and clean. I can generally find what I am looking for and if not an employee is willing to help.

The Store is very well run and it is an oasis for finding things that you could not get elsewhere. My first impulse is to go to HD before any place else. I know at times the store can be very busy especially in the summer. I have often had to wait some time to speak with a subject matter expert. I am sure that you are well aware of that issue. Most if not all of the assistance has been usually great.

The sales / support in the Garden Center are top notch. I went in for a garbage can corral. Due to the service and support, I returned to investigate purchasing a storage shed. I bought the storage shed, and I am going to seek purchasing something to support the winter / spring gardening I do; green house. Dave and Will and Vincent have the correct disposition to propel return business. They are outstanding assets.

First time in the history of Home Depot. I shopped from my vehicle, I never left my car. The rep brought my items to my car and processed my payment. Love it!

The store is always well stocked and the personnel are knowledgeable about the products both as to where they would be located as well as the use of same.

Store had on stock what I was looking for. An garden associate named "Marcos" helped me find the products I needed. He asked me what I was looking for and helped me find it.

I used another home improvement store for an installation. I had to have the product removed and returned. I then went to Home Depot and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Home Depot is always the best choice for quality installation, courteous employees and fair prices. I will never use another home improvement store. I LOVE HOME DEPOT! I

The floor associates were very friendly and helped me find the products that my husband had send me to buy. The floor associates took me exactly to find the stuff I needed and even recommended other products. When I was ready to pay the cashier Gabriel was very nice and professional he greeted us with a smile, asked us if we had been helped, if we found all the products we needed and thanked us for shopping with HomeDepot. It was a pleasure to shop at a place where the cashier made us feel welcomed.

Garden center used to have a much larger selection of vegetables in flats. Now it seems there is a much smaller selection, and they are single plants for $3-4-5 each. I now buy my veggies at garden centers, like Franks in OCEAN TOWNSHIP

Staff at this location were helpful , informative and most importantly friendly. Everywhere we went every aisle we were in we were greeted and asked if we need assistance. Cashiers were fast , friendly and courteous.
