I ran into this Home Depot while I was in Madison to grab a Kohler part that my plumber needed for an appointment I had with him for the next morning. Steve, the sales associate who helped me, went right to the part that I needed without hesitation. I was in a hurry, so was grateful he knew the inventory so well! I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes tops!

The store is clean and well organized. I have never had a negative experience with any of the people that work there and I have purchased things from about 90% of the departments in that particular store. I am able to find the things I need easily and the few times I couldn't, a friendly and knowledgeable person was always there to assist me. Great store.

absolutely a great shopping experience from the time I walked in to when they loaded my car. made me feel special and like they cared. introductions hand shakes and ended with a thankyou. when we walked in was greeted and helped find what I was looking for also showed me where the extra parts were located. checked out was friendly and helpful also got someone to help me load my car. when I pulled up there was someone right there waiting for me to load my car. does not get any better then this. Thank you for a job well done

I have visited this store on a number of occasions and have always been impressed by the helpfulness of employees. Good selection of products and reasonable value. I rarely have to wander around to find what I need because employees come to me and always ask me if I need assistance. I will definitely be back.

Great help today at the Verona Home Depot. Need a trailer hitch lock in a very unique size. The customer service representative help me out by listening to what the issue was, then he showed me what was available, then he showed both configurations and that did it.

Everyone is always helpful and courteous, and we generally find what we need. We needed help to find a particular lightbulb and were assisted by a kind gentleman from electrical department. The store is always clean.

Excellent customer server. Phil and Peter were standout. Many employees came up and asked me if I needed assistance and seemed to know their stuff. Not hard to find things or staff to help. Much better than it used to be. My visit was more like a visit to a small town hardware store as far as customer service.

We are buying carpet for our home. Something that we find very stressful. We have had a pleasant experience with all of the staff we have worked with to get just what we want, even when we have changed and changed the order. When working on home projects, we will use this store. Thank you!

The store itself is fine, little crowded but usually has what we need. The associates are hit or miss, we either have a really friendly encounter here or there or someone who sours the whole trip. We would shop at a different Home Depot if this wasn't so close to our house.

This is our HomeDepot location and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive. We have done three home renovations using this HomeDepot. Our last visit to HomeDeport was sitting with Andrew Nguyen in Kitchen and Bath Design. He was our consultant and a great one at that. He is educated on all HomeDeport products to give us many options to choose from by getting to know our style. It made our process so easy. Thank you HomeDepot for having a 5-Star employee like Andrew.
